Depends if the cpu is old enough to cause a bottleneck situation.
Flashed the stock bios and got same score, which confuses me. Everything on paper should be slower but its the same graphics score. Core drops about 70 mhz from the vega 64 bios and mem drops 150 mhz.
Anyone tried running Unigine Superposition benchmark? For some reason my GPU only maxes out at around 1300mhz when it should be around 1500mhz.
Anyone else having similar issue?
Time Spy and Firestrike both push the GPU around 1510mhz

Voltage 1000/1000
HBM 920mhz

What is your fan and temp set to?
target temp is 75c and I set the fan at 2800rpm
Also what are your voltage, ram, oc settings and was it run on 1080p extreme?

Gpu Clock = +4%
Gpu MV =1050 stage 5 & 6
Mem = 945
Mem MV = 900
Target temp Max = 85
Min = 75
Fan speed Max = 3000
Min = 600
Power = 50%
or on the Vega 64 Bios
Gpu Clock =1532+1592 5 & 6
Gpu MV =1100 stage 5 & 6
Mem = 1000 ( cant go higher get hard crash)
Mem MV = 900
Target temp Max = 85
Min = 75
Fan speed Max = 3000
Min = 600
Power = 10%
Both score around 7000 in Timespy. I could push further with the Vega 64 bios but I feel this is a happy medium between noise/ performance

I'd boost power to 50 and undervolt to 1050mv on vega 64
1080 extreme is the stock demo run for firestrike right?
Not sure but only one mode for the free version.
The one I'm experiencing clock issue is on Unigine Superposition running at 1080p extreme.
try custom 1080p and i will check against my scores tomorrow as im at work now,
