The RX Vega 64 Owners Thread

Anyone else find the lobby screen for PUBG really sensitive to HBM overclocks?

Anything from 1020MHz and upwards for me results in flashes randomly across the screen but I've benched and ran other games with no noticeable issues at higher speeds.

@Paul Campbell 1722/1090mv I'm guessing with a +50 power limit? That's very nice right there, really low voltage for a good clock on air. Can you take a screenshot of Wattman please detailing settings so its there for others? What driver are you using as well Paul? The earlier versions didn't display the readings correctly, nor did they apply correctly.

Anyone with a 64 AC like to post their under volting settings and performance. Under Volting for me doesn't seem to yield any performance gains even if I up the power limit. Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

Also, I have my card stable on:
P6 1537Mhz / 1100mv
P7 1592Mhz / 1100mv
Mem: 1050
Power limit: + 50%
Fan: 3500/1000
Temp: 70/85

Haven't tried to boost further or undervolt lower but anything > 1600mhz seems to crash with 1100mv. It seems @Paul Campbell has a golden chip if he actually reaches > 1700mhz with 1090Mhz on air :O

That is a blinding chip on air for sure, one of the best if that's the case. 1) to get one that keeps under 80c at 1700mhz+ and 2) 1700mhz+ at less than 1100mv, when most need around 1175mv to push past 1700mhz.

He might be on an earlier driver, on the release driver and 17.8.2 I thought I was doing 1750mhz @ 1060mv, turns out as we all now know, the earlier drivers weren't actually applying the settings, just reporting them in software. Remember MDPlatts 1980mhz core :) :) I would love to see a chip even hit above 1800mhz now on the recent driver.

This one is latest uploaded, but compliled a long time ago
Sapphire RX Vega 64 8 GB
Liquid Cooling
2017-07-19 16:51:00 016.001.001.000.008709

Then there is this one
Sapphire RX Vega 64 8 GB
Liquid Cooling
2017-07-30 03:55:00 016.001.001.000.008733

and this one
Sapphire RX Vega 64 8 GB
Liquid Cooling
2017-07-30 03:51:00 016.001.001.000.008734

I would have thought 8734 was the latest right?

Of that list, 016.001.001.000.008734.

Version ending 33 looks to be the second bios.
