The scared maze kid.

Now that would be something to video tape :p
I had seen much worse stuff, guns, blood, shooting, animals dieing in documentrys, endless gore and seen a hell of a lot of boobies and what not on TV around the time i was about 8 years old and im not traumitized one bit.
Mum didnt know i was watching all that stuff until i was about 10 or 11 because i had masterd the art of channel surfing when she came in the room :p

I think he’ll need a lot more toughening up than that if he wants to survive school being a chub with a crap haircut.
........................i think i pee'd a little.

Good stuff:D

Maybe he was too young, however my brother once sat me down in a room when I was about 13, lights off, turned the speakers up to full and left the room. Then he put that subliminal message thing on - had I been computer savvy I would have not been so intensly interested, alas I nearly poo'ed myself. It's funny how you react to things like that. :)

brilliant actually lauged out loud there

He'll get over it in a few more days, there is worse that could have happen and im sure he'll see worse. Was a lil young maybe but im sure parents let their kids play games with certificates above there age range.

I watched it, and while I usually find this sort of thing hillarious I couldn't help but feel how annoyed I would be if someone did it to my little brother (5), hes just getting into using the PC, he loves playing flash games from cartoon network etc. I would hate for someone to ruin it so hes scared of pcs until hes older. You may scoff and say the poor guy in the vid needs to toughen up, but the fact is it was his parents, someone he should be able to love and trust, who set him up for it.

As for him being young and being right as rain in a couple of days, When I was about that age me, my mum and my other brother (then new born) were held at knife point by some weirdo who threatened to kill any more children he saw. The police got him, and I don't remember anything other than him holding up the knife now, but apparently it affected me for years. A big enough shock or fright can really affect a child at that age. If you see the vid, he panics, goes flying accross the room and bursts into tears, he runs and hides behind the camera holder who I assume is his mum, who points the camera at him and laughs.
Not nice. :(

Urmm. Scary picture on my pc.....being threatened to be killed by a man with knife who is holding my family a knife point.....scary picture on pc......being threatened to be killed by a man with knife who is holding my family a knife point........

why can't i see the them being anywhere like the same experience? the 2nd one would traumatise me a bit now, nevermind as a kid. I know for a fact if at 8 i had had the first one done to me, it wouldve scared me a bit but nothing like that.

Tom.

Someones already done that clip anyhow I remember it the mother was slowly coming up the stairs saying what if u spent the night watching horror films all night long and went to bed late and then she moves the camcorder to view the 2 kids fast asleep and then on the left the father starts the chainsaw and the kids get "owned"

Come to think about it the kids proberly sueing the parents :p

i think the parents are a bunch of arses tbh, thats their kid you dont try and scared your kid, laught when his crying then post it on the net

I am slightly puzzled why would you scare your own child, and film it. But i am confused how this has traumatised the child... well actually i can since if the child got scared and started crying but his parents are just there laughing and filming him and not offering support.

My brother used to chase me with an icing spreader when i was young, he told me it one of the kitchen knifes :(

Ridiculous, i've been scared way more than that by my mum and dad (especially my mum) it's all part of growing up IMO. I loved it, don't regret any of it.

I would be very very surprised if that's a real story. There are more spelling mistakes in that article than you'd find in any other news piece online, so it screams hoax to me.

There are actually people here thinking the article is true? What the hell!
