my first time on here and its 12.6gb for me, taking for ever aswell only getting 500kbs now got 2.5gb to go...

im sure the servers will be shot to bits for the first few hours anyway...
 
having fun with the password stage when logging in, saying failure and check to see if caps key is off, which it is and the password is the correct one...
 
Hey guys. Just thought id check there was a thread on this and here we are!

Im currently testing TSW and I think its a load of turd. Very interesting idea followed up with poor execution. Thats my opinion though!

I do however have 2 spare keys. One is for closed beta buddy key and the second is the upcoming event.

They are as follows!

YUE397B3SU2LWLD2Z3LL - This is the closed beta buddy key.

33SPJFGTRQWS4GW8 - This is the beta event 'Hell Raised' Key.

I hope by giving these two keys away I have A: Solidified my awesomeness and B: made someone somewhat happy.

Obviously its a first come first serve so be quick, or be dead!
 
Shocking on how bad this game is, just poor all round game... And to think monthly costs for it are 12.99£ good luck with that. Waste of 12gb download
 
Not impressed with the performance of this game, getting FPS drops resulting in stuttering when entering new areas at times, tried altering many settings, seens to be un-optimized at present.

Going to try DX9 and see what performance is like.

Edit: Seems the lighting in the video option has a huge performance effect, i think lighting is the equivalent of shadows which is always a FPS hit in games, ill keep tinkering lol.

Edit 2: Looks like lighting was the culprit for the FPS drops, just a heads up in case anyone else gets FPS drops, i have mine set @ 2

I think thats quite a harsh comment even if I do think it sucks.

Im very disappointed. It sounded awesome and it even looks awesome. Then you play it and it feels really... not-awesome.

It just feels like it doesn't want me to play it. There is no way id pay a monthly subscription for it anyway...

At this rate the only MMO im going to get in the foreseeable future is Guild Wars 2 and even that isn't exciting me...
 
Seems they revoked my beta access when I cancelled my pre-order, even though I got beta access through the secret world before I pre-ordered the game, Failcom strikes again.
