**The Secret World**

Just picked this up. I'm also interested in teaming up or joining any other new starters.

And a big thanks to eekfek for sorting me out with a buddy invite. :)

That's a tad annoying was looking at this last night on Amazon.com to use with my $5 off voucher which made it about £7 now the price has shot up to $30 in a few hours.

The server you're on doesn't really matter that much, it's really easy to join people on other servers, you just need an invite from them and you move automatically as a guest to their server.

Scribbler on Arcadia here, currently working my way through Innsmouth Academy.

I bought from Gamersgate a few days ago for £12. Check there.

I love this game, played 6 hours straight yesterday!

Im Illuminati and willing to play with anyone else just starting out. Currently playing in Kingsmouth.

How do I find out dungeon requirements? Or can you just join any time considering there's no levels?

For Polaris, the first dungeon, it's generally considered that you should have QL3 talismans and weapons. But tbh for that one, most people doing it are first timers, just jump in and have fun :)

Thanks. Is there a dungeon finder of sorts, or is it old school pugging via general chat?

Its great game, levelling up working out a viable build is great fun (this build will become your solo build i guess) When you start running NM instances, your build has to become a little more specfic.

At endgame now i have 5 sets of gear for each role, inventory management needs some work.

But anyway a shameless plug for our cabal www.taintedsouls.eu. (raid completed, NM`s done etc etc)

/tell zaz if your stuck for any help in game.

One thing to remember about builds is that some skills aren't specific to a weapon type. Look at Lick your Wounds on the fist tree - a single AP for a passive skill that heals you every time you attack. Not attack with a fist weapon, just attack.

I'd been playing for ages before I realised this, there are some excellent skills tucked away in trees you might not be using that can make all the difference to how your build performs.

Im so gutted could have had this for £7 on Sunday night.....

Its £15 for a game you are going to get at least 50+ hours out of.

Unless you are on benefits and earning £50 a week or something £15 really is a good price.

Hardly anything to be "gutted" about.

Managed to bag this during the steam sale, must say was very sceptical as I tried TSW during late beta stages and wasn't all that impressed however enjoying this more than I did with GW2 which has really surprised me, for those of you who are lucky enough to own a 3D vision 2 rig the game looks stunning.
