It's a larger version of a design that Amos Burton (The Expanse) has. I'm a huge Expanse fan and I always liked that design, it's just simple and clean and it also fits in well with the planned hexagon sleeve I'm going to be getting done on that arm.

Don't know what the meaning is though, one theory is it's a cross done in hex wrenches.

That's really good. I thought about having the exact same one done but smaller than the one Amos has. Same place just a tad smaller. Now that I've seen it I might just go for that idea!
