They never resolved my issue - mobile meta app and quest cannot view meta services (store / feed ) when connected to wifi.
If I connect via mobile hotspot (same wifi) fine.
If i connect my mobile to 5g - fine.
This happened out of no where after an update. Factory reset nothing. I've just accepted it. So I disconnect to browse / download games. Then reconnect to play.
So I called community fibre to see if there is anything going on with my router which may be causing issues and I'd begun to notice some apps being slow/not downloading on my phone.
He advised I had an old triband linksys router and this was the reason. They are sending me a new dual band router to replace it. He stated that newer devices work better with the new version of router. Let's see I guess ......
