I've spent a weekend away from home, drinking lots of alcohol and staying up until the early hours of the morning. I've danced the night away in a club and eaten far too much food.

I've got home, and I'm incredibly tired, I'm almost dozing off in my comfy chair. I've got to get up at 05:30 tomorrow morning.

I can't decide what to do though.

Anyone got any suggestions?

K.

Got back to bristol at 4:30, hopefully Piggy found her way out of bristol ok...

Great weekend, good to meet everyone :)

Thanks again to Matblack and H for organising this meet and letting me stay round theirs :)

Right. I am absolutely pooped but I am going to sit down for a while and try to write a few words before fall asleep in my chair :)

First I'd like to thank everyone who came or helped in the organisation of the meet, particular thanks go out to Berserker and secret helper for organising the webcam. Going by the responses to the thread it was well received, good work chaps. I hope nobody was too upset/ outraged or shocked by what they saw :o.

Thanks also from me to Mrs MB who was very accommodating, considering her home was invaded for the whole weekend by ~twenty plastered geeks acting like morons!

I can't quite believe how smoothly everything went and the number of people who showed up (some of them from a VERY long way away). The commitment of OcUK'ers to these social events is amazing and I hope nobody was disappointed having made the effort to come.

I know you are all keen to see photos of the weekend but before we start posting them I would like to remind everyone that there are members of the group that ticked the 'no publicity' box. You will NOT be seeing pics of Berserker, Freak_boy or Feek, so if you didn't catch them on the webcam last night you'll never know what your missing, unless you come to a meet, (Feek looks like a young Tom Cruise btw). If you have pics of the event please check them thoroughly for these members and crop or blank as appropriate :)

If I haven't mentioned you and you don't want your pics posted then please let us know.

So all that remains is to thank you all once again for making a great meet :D

edit: I also want to reitterate how greatful I am for the gift, it was most unexpected and I have been playing with it all afternoon :)

Lynne and I just got in a few mins ago. Absolutely knackered, 8 hours driving in 2 days is not good. Had an absolutely cracking time though, both of us did. Was worth every mile driven and then some. As already said by Will and others, it was great to meet up with the others I'd met in Leeds, and was very nice to meet some new people as well.

A big thumbs up has to go to MatBlack and his lovely wife for putting up with us as well as they did. Extra kudos to Matt for the fantastic way he organised everything, so that everything was walking distance of our hotel. 10 out of 10 from me Matt, you truly are a legend.

Now, let's make sure we do this every year :)

Yes......I was traumatised by what I saw on cam last night particularly regarding Desmo, therefore I am suing for damages :p

Well a big up yours to National Rail journey planner - a quick bit of sprinting at Victoria and Clapham saw me get home an hour earlier than scheduled - thanks to Berzerker for letting me check the times on his laptop.

A big thanks of course to MB for not only organising the event (very well planned location/timing wise) but also braving the wrath of drunken forum members - some of whom he'd never met before - invading his house. Thumbs up to the lovely Heather too for not only putting up with a bunch of rowdy strangers from The Internet(TM) but also joining in the festivities. Below are some random musings in no particular order:

I think the comedy highlight for me was Desmo's alchohol/helium-induced singing - literally ROFL, as I'm sure Freefaller would agree. Expect to see the video on sale soon at a merseyside car boot sale.

Octagon's ;) dancing on the machine really had to be seen to be believed. At the start some kid was watching but his dad soon shephered him away for fear of him being corrupted :)

Bowling was quite good I thought as it broke up the day well and gave something a bit different than just sat round a table in a pub or whatever. Also created the medal-giving at the meal later so was definitely worth it.

The Rampant Rabbit was excellent - perfect location, nice rooms, helpful and friendly manager, good food.

New Orleans was also pretty good - quite cramped round the table but a good atmosphere and good natured staff who let us do pretty much what we wanted (even the slightly less-than-straight ones!). Some pretty 'interesting' views as well.

The club was OK, cheap drinks although for some reason nearly all of us got asked for ID (the youngest amongst us being 22). There was more talent on display (in more ways than one) at the restaurant the next day though! Wasn't really a 'huge one' as people were getting to know each other, getting drunk and just having a bit of a laugh. I think a couple of people found it hard due to the volume of music and wanting to talk to new faces a bit more being the first night, but with the poor standard of Maidstone clubs on Saturday's left little choice but to go on Friday I think.

Not much needs to be said about Saturday night's at MBs house, more footage will be available in due course. Luckily I think Matt was too drunk to notice his wife take me upstairs to stroke her pussy ;)

All in all I thought it was a really enjoyable weekend, a good mix of personalities with a few LOUDMOUTHs to keep things flowing along - even the quieter members (myself included) seemed thoroughly decent people to chat with. No problems at all with money, everyone paid their way etc and things just went smoothly.

p.s:
ONLY 363* MORE SLEEPS TO GO!

*Probably more like 200 in the case of the Pigmo entity

Pigmo Entity LMFAO !! :D

What a Meet .. Best one yet !! .. The bowling really added something extra to the Meet , Was a great way for the people who hadn't met before to get socialising without just sitting around a table getting drunk

I lost miserably to Daz at the Dance Off ... The Man is at one with the damn thing !!!

Matt .. You ARE a legend Sir , Many thanks to both yourself and H for allowing us to take over your abode and get up to all sorts of nawtyness in front of an audience of forumites

The theme for the webcam was most certainly " humping ass " .. I got humped , Desmo got humped ( LOTS ! ) Freefaller seemed to be doing more Man Humping than anyone else but we know that's what he likes ;)

Wampant Wabbit was lovely , hooooge rooms and very nice staff ( I bribed them with welshcakes )

I'm absolutely knackered ( Yes I did get some sleep ;) ) but it was soooo woth it .... Guys and Gals .. You are an amazing bunch of people ! :)

Roll on Alton Towers where no doubt FreeFaller will be glad to assist making more Piggy Sandwiches ;)
