If the 6900XT can be str0ked to get those kinda clocks, we're gonna need a bigger boat......

Contrary to some of the air-cooled reviews, there is scaling under liquid.

It would have been interesting to see the in game results with that overclock. It does seem like some games are more responsive to OC than other games. I wonder if this is a driver thing or something to do with the game engine?
Well you can make a profile for each game and hope it is a driver problem.

Steve is right the prices are insane. He is wrong to single out amd though nvidia cards are massively above msrp too.

Sounds like part of the jigsaw is shipping costs but who knows how much is down to amd and nvidia themselves. Its not like we are ever going to be told the truth anyway.

Why the gimped results with AIBs though?
Not a lot of OC results in game. Although I posted a few earlier
HU only tests 1 game period.
And a lot of older games tested. it would have been nice to see these all within one review:
Assassins Creed Valhalla
Watch Dogs Legions
Dirt 5
Star Wars Squadrons
GodFall
Horizon Zero Dawn
F1 2020

He will never call out Nvidia for their pricing. He might mention it in a blurb. And he will never protest by providing a single benchmark results on their new skus either. That's the two faced nature of Steve.

Unfortunately as mentioned though 2800mhz is the max allowed in the bios/driver so the card is running as fast as it will go - it's a fantastic card, we're on an overclocking forum and that card just won't run anything faster than that no matter how much power you give it or drops temps by

Any noticed though how the clock speed scaling gets worse as the clocks go up? Like the reference card when OC is 5% faster than stock and an OC gives it an extra 200mhz, this AIO asus card is another 5% faster but gets an extra 300mhz over the overclocked reference card.

Looks mostly consistent - so every 200 to 300mhz gives 5% performance in big Navi

have to disagree i watch his vids most days and over the yrs has had a go at nvidia for pricing as well

let me see those vids...
In particular the part were he only provides 1 benchmark result for nvidia's new card.
Let me save you the trouble, you won't find it. Like I said, he will blurb about nvidia if that's the trending topic. But I never saw him not review a nvidia card properly either.

But if there is such a video I would be more then happy to see it. Link me.
