Football and the sport.... WTF football has done more harm to sport in the UK than anything.

I remember when sport meant anything and not just Football, Cricket, Rugby and the TOFF BBC Tennis, rammed down our throats 24/7 by the BBC,ITV we used to get proper sports like Wrestling, times trials, cyclo cross, cross country running, speedway.

They all still exist! If anything, bigger than ever! There's a cyclo cross event on like every other day. They even run events from Cornwall to John o groats fully off road on bikes that you can watch from the live feed all night!

Niche sports are so easy to follow now. Oh and the UK is very popular with them. Especially cycling!

Probably a local speedway track too? One near home, along with a host of motor sports

Just how green it is which I suppose goes hand in hand with our climate.

Its when i travel back from my holidays each year to somewhere hot and sunny that I really appreciate just how much everything is green in the UK.

The green thing! I thought it was only me noticed that.

The UK is just so... boringly safe. We don't get hurricanes or tornadoes. We don't get earthquakes. It never gets that hot or that cold- pretty much 95% (more?) of the time it's within a 30c range.

Give me boring or give me a nice cup of tea.
