I know i shouldn't have but i just tried the custard i mixed 2 days ago and it's already got more flavour and tastes better than the custards i've bought from the likes of Jax and SpectrumVaping. It's going to be really hard leaving this in the cupboard for weeks now!
I didn't even use anything special just the basic recipe for grants custard that was on here.
15% Cap Vanilla Custard
2% TPA dulche de leche
2% EM
70VG/30PG mix 3mg nic
Might look at some homebrew vanilla custard ones, have a few creamy flavours at home doing nowt.
Never liked any plain custard from the big boys.
Isle of Custard do some nice ones, the spectrum vaping ones are horrid, the GVC is horrid.

Velocity RDA Mini clone.
Want a beefier mod now, whats best for £60 ish?
If you want something small, I'd recommend the IPV D2.
75W, TC with Ti/Ni settings, and really packs a punch.
Using a velocity like yourself, twisted up .55 with .4 wire last night, 2 big fat coils at 9 wraps each over one of the blue screwdrivers, came out at .24ohms.
Whacked it upto 75w after soaking the cotton and my god the vapour production and flavour is fantastic. For a single battery mod, I'm impressed with the battery life on it too.
For something a bit bigger & dual battery, the IPV3 Li seems to be getting a lot of attention lately and will fit in your budget I believe.

If you don't have step down and you want to vape say a coil of 0.5ohm at 15W, you can't do it since the battery voltage is around 3.7V and that yields about 27W. So even if you set your device on 15W it will still give you 27W (3.7V) since it can't go below 3.7V
