That looks really really good. Would I gain anything significant if I upped my budget to £100?

Have a look on Fasttech at the Penny... 150w TC, dual 18650, i have one on order, less than £50 and smaller than the Sigelei... no idea how good it is till i get it, but it looks good and has good specs but isnt going to look big an any hand.

Will check it out thanks.

SKU 3132000, its £36.22.
They did a 35w which was not great, so this could be a gamble.. but for that price... will do as a backup to the DNA200 ive ordered.

So, first day vaping went well, on 7.5w seems to be producing good volumes of steam now, no gurgling either.

This is looking to be very promising, starting to defo think i dont take too well to pg though, is there anywhere reccomended for pure vg juices? I've been having a browse on the sites in the op but so far it's been either 80/20 or flavours i'm not 100% keen on (after fresh, fruity flavours like lemon, orange etc)

Getting anything that is a true 100% VG is difficult. Very few companies make VG based flavours.

A lot of people myself included confuse PG intolerance with needing to get used to vaping.

I dunno, its a kick all right, but after sufficient puffing (about a rollies worth in terms of volume) i'm getting a heavyness to my lungs, very restrictive (and not far off wheezy) that lasts for about ten minutes.

I was lucky I suppose as my gf was already mixing. Until then I couldn't find a juic or mod which would keep me off fags which was why I was starting. I found having higher nicotine than I thought I needed helped and a manger sub ohm mini and a good mod. Been able to mix ur own juice means if stuff is too strong/weak u can change it there and then.

Got the UD goliath v2 today, not totally impressed with it so far, externally it's a work of art, internally it has very rough threads, the juice shut off valve doesn't actually move once it's assembled and despite having large wicking channels, as soon as the chimney is fitted these are reduced to the point tc is a must to avoid dry hits.

Once running it's a nice vape....provided you wrap your own. It comes with a pair of .5ohm dual coils rated 30-50w, if you go anything over 35w it will run dry quick as the cotton used is packed that tightly it can't wick fast enough.

Good but could be much much better, 6/10

E: after sitting overnight it now seems to not be wicking at all, dry coil warning instantly

Question for all those who already have their IPV D2, does the mod allow you to turn the wattage down below the given minimum power or does it stop at that minimum wattage that it can give?

i.e. on a 0.5ohm coil, will the wattage stop at 27 watts? or does it allow the user to believe it can go lower?

I have no issues either way, as IMHO 0.5ohm coils don't start to work until 20-30 watts range.

Thanks in advance, I'm still waiting for mine; but I seem to be mechin' it most days at the moment anyway.

Hi All,

Any chance somebody could offer some advice please?

My 30w iStick is getting a bit long in the tooth now so I'm going to replace it (today if I can!) and I've been looking at the kanger subox kit. I'm also a bit bored of my mini nautilus's (nautilii?)

I've been vaping for a few years now (3 or 4) but haven't really been following things of late as the iStick and Nautilus has fulfilled my requirements.

Any reason why I shouldn't by this and if so, can you recommend a suitable alternative at the same price?

What sort of batteries should I be looking at?

Thanks in advance :)

I have the Kit with a Samsung 25r and Its great. No issues to report.

*sigh* Yes, they are genuine.

DIYers, try:

CAP Sweet Lychee - 6%
CAP Sweet Tangerine - 4%
CAP Sweet Mango - 4%

I can't get enough of this right now.

Dunno about you but I would rather trust a reputable member of the vaping community who rigorously tests the batteries he stocks before selling to us customers.

Plus side to that is that its UK based.

12 days for batteries tho lel.

Just did some testing with a .27 Ti coil in power mode, 3.7v = 50w, 7w was the same as higher options despite both watts and volts claiming to be lower.

No biggie for me.

I am inclined to agree, batteries is the one thing I wouldn't personally trust from China. I know 99% of them originate from there, but with the likes of torchy and reputable UK vendors around, I feel more comfortable buying them from home soil.

The only thing I don't agree with, is your use of 'lel', what even is that, "laughing extremely loud"?! :p:p

My Ti GR1 .3/.4 arrived today, can't wait to get stuck in later.
Will try on the derringer first and then once I've got it nailed will put it into a tank for an ADV setup :)

I'll link it later, but I found a vendor selling concentrates for the likes of Gambit, Mother's milk etc (obviously their own take on the flavours, with the concentrate mixes just bottled up), some might be interested.
