GVC really is one of those that deserves the hype IMO. Lovely stuff.
Currently working on a homebrew version thanks to J.Col (I think)
This, if it works needs to be made common knowledge! I would love to home brew some custard, could stop paying silly money for it then!

Fruity juice can be vaped same day or within a couple at least.
If J.Col sees this, could you give a link to a Vanillin source? Most of the stuff I see is crystalized, but I'm probably doing it wrong.
I have a few variations brewing with a bunch of other stuff chucked in from other highly rated recipes just to see what happens. ED: Never mind, I'm a dunce. It's on Chef's Vapour

That's the drama, he generally releases it as I am driving to work so by the time I am there it has sold out!

Right I'm gonna get cracking on that tonight then, I have 100ml of 6mg nic base from a pal at work. I don't mind waiting for a few week.

I was tempted by them, but I already have two or three coil jigs that I dont use as it is lol. I can wrap a near perfect coil is seconds... If I were to reccomend one though, that would be it, a must have for anyone new to coiling.
Grants is good, still think its just edging as my fave VC. Closely followed by DMC (the high VG Digbys Mums) and Devilish Vanilla Custard - http://charliesvapeshop.co.uk/daredevils-devilicious-vanilla-custard
Both are amazing VC's.
My bottle of GVC is about 8 months old now and tbh I think its past its best, it is actually over steeped now. and doesn't taste any where near as good as it did. Lesson learned, the sweet spot is around the 2-4 month old window from the date it was mixed.

What recipe did you use? I've tried a few and none of them are anywhere close to GVC. Theres something else in it that isn't on the usual recipes out there.....

I'm still brewing slight variations on the one above sans vanillin which I just ordered.
The ones I've made and sampled (too early) are different and aren't quite like GVC, but nice in their own way.

Thats Custardly Lovechild (I know right?!) from AAEC. Tried it. Its not bad. Very sweet, a little too sweet for me tbh, and gunked up my coil really quickly, probs due to the high flavour content. 33% flavour is a lot. Try it though, you might like it more that me, but I didn't think it was anything like GVC personally.

Legendary! I was just going to post how my rewick last night failed and needed to build a coil. My attempt was less than perfect so that will do me just nice. Hopefully my hashed attempt will work when I test it tonight.
I have the sub tank, I actually sold my atlantis as soon as I got it juiced and running, the flavour is better, the clouds just as good but needs less power to run, as for airflow, on its widest setting (3 holes), its about the same as the atlantis on its second biggest slot, so not as airy, but plenty if you are used to RDA's.
Not tried the RBA deck yet as im sill on my first coil head, put at least 40/50ml of juice through it so far and working well still using a 50/50 juice.
As for capacity... yip, lots of juice and will easily last a day at work... unlike the atlantis...

Hi,
From time to time, I feel the need to use my Evod tank but I just can't get the thing to fire on anything but my ego batteries. I've tried pulling the pin up on my mods at little (as I don't want to brake the things) and the 510 to ego adaptor I have doesn't have an adjustable pin, any suggestions to get the the tank working?

Had another look at the coil before going to swap it out tonight, turns out one of the post screws was loose! Tightened it up and it's sat beautifully at 1.1. Just hope it holds up until the Koiler comes as I can't wrap for ****

You can get pre-made coils from fleabay/fast tech.. I do find using lower gage wire easier as this thicker and hold shape more and lower gage means lower ohms..

Yeah that's a common problem a loose screw causing crazy resistance readings and causing yucky burnt hits!
Slinx, what mod are you trying the Evod on out of curiosity?

I tried it with few; all with the same 510 to ego adaptor so I don't know why I would think it would make a difference but none of my mods have an ego built on. I have managed to get it firing on my itaste now the only mod(ish) device that has an ego connector built on, but I took a risk and pulled the pin connector quite far out.

Strange, can't see why it would not work with the 510 adapter. Can the pin in the centre of the adapter be adjusted, some can some can't AFAIK.

Anyone care to pass on the best places to get kanthal? i'm after 26 & 24 gauge as i've run out; left on scraps of 28/30 at the moment
