They're bloody good as far as B&Ms go

Brilliant staff, massive range of stock (Last time I looked properly they didn't even have all of it online). I usually end up going in a chilling for a few hours once a week. They've done reallywell for themselves too, they only started trading ~10 months ago and have just moved to bigger premises and they couldn't fit all their stock.

They don't stock most of the gear I tend to buy which helps me not being broke. Second time o went in there not long after I took up vaping I walked out having spent £200 just on juice

They must love you spending that much on juice! :D

Good luck to them, I just hope that B&M's of this calibre aren't hit too hard by the TPD.

I only did it in the early days, I moved on to DIY quite quickly, plus I had a firly healthy stock

I now just buy the odd bottle of something new (Which is going to mean my next trip might be expensive as they have a lot of new lines)

Edit: we've actually go 3 B&Ms in a half mile radius

You guys heard the news? RIP trippers is going to stop making vape review videos and make vitamins and water additive ads.. Lol

I found it hilarious, having them stumbled across 420's response to it me and the GF had a right chuckle!

Grimgreen even commented on the affair, it's all kicked off haha.

He has since removed the video, maybe it was a bit of an experiment for him which clearly went horribly bad!

I think he made the video in good faith, but the execution was terrible/laughable. 420's response was comedy though :D

I don't mind Rips' videos, I just wish he'd say somethings **** when its ****, not call it a 'minor negative' or whatever.

Just put a fresh build in the twisted messes RDA, dual 10 wrap - 3mm 26/32 claptons, raised so the coil tops are in line with the post tops, the airflow slots now pull straight under the coils, the vape is incredible, by far my fave RDA at the moment.

He's been on the take for years.. I don't hate on the guy for doing it, RIP trippers is a made up persona and brand, which some people like, me personally; I can't watch his videos for medical reasons.. Lol

But this was a step too far, saying he had short term side effects after two years of vaping (wtf).. Just to make some money, no one is dumb enough to fall for that, then he flamed it more with is Instagram video...

The guy is a douch.. The persona he plays is a ****..

I cant stand the RIP Trippers personna, 30 seconds is enough and I have to switch him off

The whole thing has-been amusing though. The only reviewers I watch are Phil Busardo and Damian

Damian because it's all the nice high end stuff and Pbusardo because he is up front and honest about a product (Just look at the Hohm Wrecker review) and he properly tests boards

Agree, if you do a quick search for his older videos he's totally different. I always ignore the persona when watching the videos, because as annoying as said persona is, the reviews imo are actually quite good and very informative.

I'm sure you've heard of the CCI alleged scandal a while back, him basically requesting a share in the company to do a positive review on their older box mod.

Full size Tfv4 or the mini one guys, which is better, fancy giving one a try.

They're much the same aside from tank size so I'd say go with whichever one suits the coil you're going to use. Quad and above I'd go for the full size as they go through the juice somewhat so you need to refill more often with the mini. If you're going to stick with the RBA deck or the pre-made single/dual coils then the mini will suffice.

HTH

That does sound phenomenal! What sort of power are you pumping through that? :p Think I will give it a try once this sore throat disappears absolute nightmare.

Requires lots of power, it came out around 0.59ohm dry, 0.7 wet, 110w just to avoid a ramp up. I actually got a nic rush on it last night for the first time in years, time to drop to 3mg I think.

E: it's even exposed a flaw in my ipv4 which I usually use for dripping (it's old and beat up). It caps out at 7.5v which is only around 80w with this build, so rx200 (9v / 112w limit) or vs200 to get the best from it.

Would be ideal for a noisy cricket, 8.4v rolls in around 98w, not that big of a ramp up and not too hot either.

Thought as much!

After reading about batteries in series im slighltly confused, my IPV3 maxes out at 7.5v which is also what the specfication say's but readibg online that 18650's in series should be able to output 8.4?

Please feel free educate me! :/

I'm sure someone with better knowledge will be along to explain but I wonder if it is a sort of safety feature for lower end batteries. Maybe limiting the amps somehow to say 20 or less?

Loving the latest DNA200 Firmware and Escribe, you can now change the material in your profile.... on the mod itself, instead of having to use Escribe all the time, you simply add up to 8 wire types to the Materials tab, on your profile set the wire you initially want, then on the mod, if you need to change when out and about, you lock the mod, then press up/down and Fire together and you can scroll through the wire types and change to a different one...

You can get the new FM via the newest Escribe here:
http://evolvapor.forumchitchat.com/post/early-firmware-7508618?trail=15

Other improvments:
This version features:
(1) a new Materials tab where you can store and transfer material settings onto and from the DNA,
[We've included our Ni200, and Steam Engine's SS316 and Ti1. These will be upgraded in the future, if better data becomes available, and others added if others become common.]
(2) the ability to change a profile's material without EScribe, by holding down all three buttons while locked,
(3) Profile Name and Material Name can be displayed on-screen as custom fields,
(4) profiles now have a "Temperature Dominant" option, making temperature the main adjustment for a profile if you want to do so,
(5) for small batteries, in the Mod tab, you can reduce max continuous and pulse battery input currents,
(6) in Help->Language, you can override the language detection,
(7) Device Monitor has "Simulate Button Presses" for remote testing,
(8) Device Monitor can run Python scripts for scientific study and automation,
(9) the ability to adjust the temperature increment, and
(10) various OS compatibility and miscellaneous improvements.

It will either be a safety feature or a limit of the chipset the device uses - I think the 3Li uses the SX330 same as the IPV4 which caps at 7.5v, I suspect the latter as 7.5v at 0.7ohm is barely 10a. By the same reasoning the RX200 can only hit 9v despite being 3 cells, is under 13a.

DNA200 with a lipo though....that will eat anything :D

Spotted this on reddit yesterday - did mean to post it here but forgot. Will get mine updated later today once my DNA mod has charged :)

FT are back from the holidays and are now shipping again.

Must be true because my 4 pack of 25R5's have been dispatched! :p

Yup, They are the same chip I believe whilst I was under the impression after having a read up it's down to the chip, So what flaw have you noticed with your IPV 4?
