I initially wasn't interested in the Pico, then I saw a side-by-side with a mini volt, now I want one for the goblin mini. Just waiting for FT to list them without the melo 3 tank.

I ordered one a few days ago, and have only just thought to compare it's size to the mini volt (thanks for the prompt to do so :))

Here's an image of them side by side to get a feel for height, not bad!

Will be coupling it with a goblin mini v2, have a dual coil twisted build in there at the moment coming in at .31 ohms, at a mere 22 watts(2.61v) it's providing me a very satisfying amount of vapour with incredible flavour with the perfect amount of restriction on the airflow with it wide open, not a single leak/dry hit to speak of. Battery lasts me a full 24hours on the evic with a 25R in there.

Annoyed that I didn't get involved with this thing when I got it a month ago!

Same, put dual 10 wrap 26awg 2.5mm kanthal coils in last night, 0.53ohm, 25w is hitting the spot, single 3000mah cell in the Pico will do me a day easily at that wattage, even the vs200's 900mah lipo is doing well on it, running since 6am it's just dipped below 50% battery :D

Got the lavabox today, haven't had a lot of time to play yet, seems light and decent enough quality wise, is a decent size for my small hands. Will have a play with with the dna200 when i get back to pc and see if the extra cost was worth it.

Ill be paring the Pico with a Goblin Mini V2, currently running it in dual coil mode with 2.5mm ID spaced 317L coils, around 0.22ohms and 45w on my VTC Mini with a VTC 5 battery and can go through 2 or 3 tanks of juice on a single battery charge but the flavour is great and clouds as good as with my Crius.

I've cracked the glass on my Kanger Subtank NANO, just ordered a couple of replacements from Amazon without noticing the "est delivery time sometime next eternity" blerb. Was wondering are plastic ones available?

Fasttech do a 5 pack of Glass for £1.72, select China Post *(6-14 days) and you should get them in two weeks or less.

SKU: 2229902

If you are happy with the way it vapes and its keeping you off cigs then no, you don't have to change unless you wish to try new things...

I'm having some issues with my KangerTech topbox and coils. Namely, I don't really know what the hell I'm doing :-/

The mod will drive it at either temp or wattage which I get but no permeation of wattage or temp gives me a decent vape. The tank leaks from the air holes and the draw is either ridiculously harsh or spits superheated juice into my mouth.

The only "coil" that was any good was the supplied SS one which lasted less than a week, the clapton coil is like pulling on a crack pipe and the Ni one produced a lacklustre draw. Totally miffed, I'm sure it's me not knowing the temp or wattage settings (the instructions are worse than awful) what am I doing wrong?

I've been giving this some thought..

I really can't understand why new users just don't start of with a genie style atty, or manufactures don't make an atty that will take a mesh sytle head.

I understand that most of the low end market tanks are lost leaders and companies make their cash on the coils and if they did make mesh atty they will be losing that market, but I for one would be happy to pay more for the tank knowing that the head will last months rather than days.

The positives of using mesh far out weighs the negatives, especially on the newer tanks..

Practically leak free even on its sides,
No burnt taste,
Warmer and more vapor production on lower power,
Cleaner taste,
A good build can last months, the wick can last years..

Really, if you not tried one of the newer style mesh atties.. They are really the best thing since slice bread, and there is a loyal following as the in'ax mkiii release brought all stockist websites to their knees.

I've not looked at mesh atties or gennies for years. What would you recommend as a cheap-ish one to buy right now to see how I like them again?
