Has anyone got any tips for unscrewing a stuck tank? I have a Smok TFV8 Baby Beast and I can't for the life of me take it apart. Normally I don't have a problem but I must have done it up too tightly last time I changed coils.

Pliers or a vice with a cloth in between to prevent marking the surface. Use as little pressure as you can get away with.

Picked up the Govad RTA and the Mesh RDA a week or so ago. Really not getting on with them...

Doesn't matter how I wick the Govad, the thing dry hits regularly.

The Mesh is just a very bad novelty RDA.

A shame really, considering just how fantastic the Kylin is.

Got a few different flavours last week from Rejuiced and don't like any of them..
Went for lemon tart, lenny cream, heisenberg, and dragons milk...gutted I ordered 30ml of each. Going to try to keep at them though and hope I become accustomed.

On a totally separate note, the shadow line wire broke on my guillotine and I was hunting around for a new one without success, I then remembered the crazy wire co and will be ordering some 1mm 316L wire. Also noticed they are now selling guitar strings.

I guarantee the Lemon Tart, Lenny Cream & Dragons Milk won't have steeped enough to get any sort of flavour out of it. Leave them for about 2 weeks.

Saying that, I have tried the Dragons Milk and it is indeed crap. I made a better version myself (TFA Strawberry Ripe & TFA Dragonfruit. TFA Bavarian Cream DX to taste).

Get some vaping tweezers like https://www.fasttech.com/products/0/10021296/8914800-vaper-tweezer-v-pc-ceramic-tweezers-for-e

The hallelujah moment when I realized the rear of my tweezers was designed to grip tanks, I'd only been using them for 2 months! Just make sure you order some that fit your tanks, but they are a godsend.

Don't write off Rejuiced until you try some Big Mommas Milk, its SO GOOD

Have you tried Vapegoo? I always end up going back to them, their cookie dough cheesecake is to die for.

I've used them before and tried all kinds of things.
I usually DIY but every now and again I fancy a change and buy from a store but I'm almost always disappointed.
I pretty much exclusively vape lemon meringue, when I get bored of it I try something else and then go back to the old faithful.

No mate. Been mixing my own for about 2 and a half years now. Would never go back to store bought juice.

Gee, you recommended me on the last page for a mod and tank combo, out of curiosity what batteries do you use? Also do you use an external charger? If so which one? Got the Priv V8, but think I am going to take it back at the weekend, just not sure what reason I can use so they will accept it back (at a local market that is on at weekends) as I feel I overpaid a touch and could get much better value for my money elsewhere.

Yo!

Charger: https://www.fasttech.com/product/2651400-authentic-opus-bt-c3100-v2-2-4-slot-li-ion-ni-mh. (Review - http://lygte-info.dk/review/Review Charger Opus BT-C3100 V2.1 UK.html)
Mains powered. Does 4 batts @ 1A and 2 batts @ 2A. 200/300/500/700/1000/1500/2000 mAh charging too. Solid charger mate, no question.

I wouldn't bother with one of the Xtar (VC2/VC4) ones that're powered by USB as you need at least a 2.4A wall adapter to go with it, and the cable isn't replaceable. It's got a barrel connector on the end which is an abnormal size compared to the usual ones from Amazon etc.

Batteries: I use either Samsung, Sony or LG. Don't buy anything with 'fire' in the name. I'm using some Samsung 30Q's in my Reuleaux Gen 3 currently.
Samsung 30Q - https://www.fogstar.co.uk/collections/batteries/products/samsung-30q-br-3000mah-19a
Sony VTC6 - https://www.fogstar.co.uk/collections/batteries/products/vtc6-br-3000mah-19a

I've used Fogstar in the past and they're great. They come with a case and he includes an extra set of battery wraps in case they get damaged. Haven't tried their own branded ones yet but I understand they're just Sony/Samsung etc. which're re-wrapped in his fancy skin.

If you're planning on running high wattage, low resistance builds/coils. I'd probably go with either the Samsung 25R, Sony VTC5 or the Sony VTC5A - all quality batteries.

Use this table here (https://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/attachments/img_0535-jpg.682441/) for the max charging rate of each battery. Remember the more a battery heats up during charging, the more it'll degrade.

Hope that helps, gimme a shout if you need anything else bro!

My brick and mortar just got the Vandy Vape Pyro RDTA in and I'm very tempted to swing by after work to check it out. They always have a demo version of whatever products they're selling and if that airflow is as good in practice as it seems on paper, I'm sold.

Got the Funky 160 mod by Aleader just delivered. Such a beautiful budget mod! Sold all mods but my Hexohm v3 a few months back so it's nice to have a more regulated device back in the hand. Will report back with pics and an update once I've tested it some :)

I can recommend the Mad Dog GTA if you require plenty airflow!

Hi guys

I've been vaping about 3 years now and would like to upgrade my tank and mechanical mod for something more modern. At the moment I have a rose v2 atomiser and a 4nine mech mod which is ok but it's not working like it used to. I have replaced the battery but it just seems to have no power.

Someone recommended an Innokin isub apex. Are these any good? Reading this thread the crown 3 gets praised quite a bit. I would also need a new box mod for more power. Any recommendations would be great as I'm not up to date at all on vaping tech.

Cheers
