***The Vapers Lounge*** 3.0

I just can't decide on a new mod. I've decided I'm going to order a gold OBS Engine, a black OBS Engine 2 and a Geekvape Zeus, all from FT and currently in my basket.

But I also want to order a regulated mod from FT that takes 25mm tanks with no overhang, a big fire button, TC and anything over 100w. Is there such a thing? Lots of the Smoktech mods have big trigger fire buttons but I'm not sure any take 25mm tanks without overhang?

Just look at the dimensions of the mod, most of them take 25mm tanks etc. without any overhang these days.
 
Gee i thought exactly the same, thought thats way to much strawberry, but it really does work well and the strawberry isnt over powering.
Thing i learnt over the years using Fa concentrates is 'less is more' if that makes sense.FA seems to hit a wall on flavour, by adding more just makes it taste worse not stronger.

Some guy posted that recipe he said he spent best part of a couple years getting it right, worth knocking up 10ml for a try if you have the concentrates.Only use PA sweetener though.

The one that appeals to me is the G-Priv. Spec says it's over 27mm but on watching reviews, it seems anything bigger than 24mm will have a bit of overhang.
 
Skeeter sounds good, FA do a blended flavour called nona's red cake.It's a yellow cake with strawberry really good vape on its own at 4% but does need a week steeping to get the best from it.
 
Does anyone else think there might be too many vape shops around these days? At least in cities. I don't seem to ever be more than 5mins walk away from one in London...

Actually there are 4 within 5 mins walk of my flat and 3 within 5 mins walk of my office. I've never seen a busy one either, always empty or just one or 2 people. And with supermarkets getting on board too it will be even more crazy!
 
Anyone have a good fizzy lemonade e juice recipe with a cool kick to it.

I’ve been vaping some empire brew ice lemonade juice and I have to say it’s pretty damn good. It’s not that bad on coils either.

Been trying to find something similar but not having much luck.

There’s only one near where I live and then one a few miles down the road.
I only ever use them if I’m desperate ie run out of cotton or wire. Usually order my stuff off the net.
I don’t know how they survive, all their mods and tanks are over priced along with their juices, coils etc.

Yeah their juices seem ok prices and it's good to be able to try before I buy but the mods are crazy. The Vaporesso Target Mini was ranging from £40-£55 at the ones I checked, but I got it for £28 from Amazon!
 
Hmm, think I might have to buy two mods. Still want a trigger button so might buy the G-Priv and just not worry too much about a half millimetre overhang.

Also turning my attention to the Wismec Gen3 series. I really like the shape of the 3 battery mod but that would mean having to buy another charger to take more batteries than my 2 battery nitecore charger. So I'm thinking of getting the Gen 3 dual mod. It's a bit narrow and cylindrical for me but perfect height, nice and small. Apparently the display is a little dim due to a smoked screen, but it's not a dealbreaker for me.

Going to order 4 x Samsung 30Q batteries from Fogstar for £18.60. If I've married a pair of batteries in one mod, is it ok to then use that pair in a different mod?

Just bought some more base liquids from DarkStar Vapour, 1 litre VG for £3.49 and 1 litre PG for £4.49 which are great prices.

Just ordered from the brews brothers, brews bros for short. The frappening, an iced caramel latte flavour. Hoping it's good! Ps has anyone used the horizon tech Arco 2? Is it worth a punt over my cleito 120? A mate has one going cheap so wondering if it's worth a purchase.

Ecigone has the Smoant Ranker sale price for £30, think it takes up to 25mm, not got one but have a Charon and it's saw a lot of use and still rock solid, and yes, you can take your twinned batteries and move them to a new mod.

Thanks tommybhoy. Actually I've already ordered a bunch of things from FT and one item from Gearbest. I'm just on the FT shipping page with four free options, what do you recommend out of Singapore post, China post, UK Express ePacket or the default one registered airmail routed by FT? I think I used Singapore post last time I bought from Ft but that was a long time ago.
 
Just ordered all these. I had waited so long that the gold OBS which was in my FT basket had been discontinued but fortunately gearbest still have it. Man, I can't wait to get the G-Priv 2, it's in chrome and is absolutely stunning. I hadn't even considered chrome until I saw it. And I think the gold OBS might look very nice on top of it. Tried a bunch of discount codes and the only one that worked is MAP, gave me 10% off I think. Also, I got 50 points for joining gearbest which gave me $1 discount.

UK Express ePacket is what I use.

Just for future reference, GearBest can be cheaper if you use their phone app.

Great stuff, I just clicked ePacket and have placed my order. Good to know about the gearbest app, thanks, I'll install it. :)

So I spent £184 today. £153 on mods and RTAs, £12 on a litre each of PG and VG from Darkstar and £19 on 4 x Samsung 30Q batteries from Fogstar. Not bad really considering there's a fair bit of stuff there.
