Anyone using the Lost Vape DNA75c ?
I need a new mod as my ancient Kbox mini is on its way out. I like my single battery mods as I rarely go above 45W and the Lost Vape is getting good reviews. I plan on using it with my OBS Engine II which I'm really liking at the moment.

Look at the Eleaf Invoke. It's dual cell (18650) but it's stupidly small. Can be picked up for about £25 from Fasttech - https://www.fasttech.com/products/0/10011027/9381503-authentic-eleaf-invoke-220w-tc-vw-apv-box-mod

I don’t use a lost vape dna75c mod but I have a mod that uses the chip and I have to say I absolutely love it.
I imagine you are talking about the mirage dna75c?? If so it’s a great little mod and with the dna75c chipset it’s even better. Especially if you make your own coils and use SS316L wire as you will be able to use the replay function or any temp sensing wire.

Never get a dry hit with the replay function as it automatically adjusts the wattage as your wicks get more and more dry.

It does look small but if you never go past 50W is there any point to the dual 18650 mods?

Better battery life. Realistically, if you're not going to be using Temp Control features, I wouldn't bother with a DNA device. Most new mods these days do TC just as well as anything by Evolv or YiHi and are a damn sight cheaper.

Bought some more cleito 0.4 coils from vapable as got fakes from Amazon but got a refund luckily.

Also got more Fuji juice, super sweet and cheesecake Graham cracker.

Also got 5x 60ml bottles which are nice from vapable. Mixed up a batch of strawberry shortcake based on popular recipient tho tweaked it with what I think would go well with it, also more muffin man but back to old recipient of just Fuji and CDR. And made my own Apple pie and custard sample I think it might work well see after a month.

Digiflavour DRop Solo.
If its as good as the drop this is going to be a cracking single coil rda!!

That does look good. I've got the Drop already, but I bought the Recurve as my single coil squonking RDA although I am somewhat tempted by this. The coiling looks straightforward, and there is a large juice well by the looks of things in that video. My only complaint with the first Drop was how fast it went through the liquid.

Stupid question coming up. What wire is best for temperature control? I want to try it out as I've never used it before and my mod has excellent support for it. I'm just not sure which metal to use for my coils.

Mod = Geekvape Gbox 200
RDA = Drop or Recurve

Im relatively new to vaping (about 5 months) but I have recently moved onto a Smok Stick Prince and im finding its a cracking vape. Good weight and size, easy to change coils and juice, lasts a decent amount of time as well.

Is a pretty decent tank but I find the coils are expensive and dont tend to last that long. :(

Been on a Lost Vape Therion 166 and a Cleito Exo for the last 18 months or so, and starting to get a hankering to go into something else. What's the current recommendation for pre-built coil tanks? And a suitable mod?

I'm wanting to get a vape/E-cig to end 10 years of smoking after seeing that its worked well for a friend so far. Have had a brisk read of the thread and a lot of it goes over my head!

I am just wanting a basic easy to use replacement for cigarettes. Something that's also easy to maintain. At the moment i'm smoking 20+ per day, Golden Virginia roll ups. I'd rather not spend a fortune but also know there are many types of liquid out there so may need to try a few. Does anyone have a good, easy to use, relatively cheap recommendation? And any easy palatable liquids to begin with?

Cheers.

The most simple vape would be a pod e-cig like a Juul or MyBlu

Juul has finally been released in the UK so you can actually get them easily now.

I started with a MyBlu and quickly moved onto a proper tank/mod system with the Vaporesso target Mini though.

Hi
The trouble with small pod or pen type devices is they all have pretty small battery capacity (Mah), typically the battery runs out quite quickly and need recharging often. This can get frustrating at times so bear that in mind.
Im sure some one willl be a long to help you out with what are decent starter kits worth looking at.maybe some thing like this,

https://www.aspirecig.com/aspire-kits/aspire-kits417.html

Easy to maintain pretty reliable and decent battery capacity given the size.
I was a roll up smoker and when i first started went with 18mg liquid, but soon dropped down to 12mg, now 10 years later i use typically 1 to 3mg.

If you have a local vape shop you can pop into, most of them let you try out different juices, some sound really nice but taste ****.Finding the right juice that you like can be a journey.

hope that help a little im sure you will get more advice.

Now that Juul are in the UK, I'd probably go down that route mate. Starter kit should set you back around £30 and you get 4 flavour cartridges which last around 200 puffs.

As above, see if you've got any local vape shops near you and providing they're not cowboys, they should be able to recommend you a decent bit of kit.

I started off in this space for the same reasons and went from:

Innokin T18
Innokin T20-S
Smok Prince

and now ended up with a Innokin Proton with Scion 2 tank.

The innokins are really easy and the T18 has a metal casing round the glass which helps protect it if you drop it. The draw / cloud on pen solutions is a lot smaller compared to the box mods, but if you arent cloud chasing they are quite bulletproof.

3 weeks in on an OBS Engine 2 and Im really liking it, doesn't leak, good flavour and it made me drop down from 18mg to 6-8mg to save my throat :-)
Really nice tank, though the dual coil can be slightly fiddly to get in..
I also bought a Crius, but I can't get that to stop leaking so that has gone in the bin...
