***The Vapers Lounge*** 3.0

Well I received my order and made my first liquid. I got the RY4 flavour as it's my go to vape. love it.

First batch I did 10ml 3mg Nic 50/50 (pg/vg). Very nice. both of us quite happy with it. I made a second batch of 30ml. Tried that and just as good.

Going to save a lot of money this way. Might even get some other flavours next week. Any recommendations and where from?

Personally, I'd chuck it unless they could prove what concentrates they use. You could always ask for a replacement and see if it's as bad.

It could just be natural seperation from the concentrate, with it being citrus based.

It could be that they've used certain concentrates (LorAnn Oils) for the citrus flavour.

It might be that it just needs to air for a couple of days for the Ethanol to evaporate away.

I tried some of Time bomb vapours TNT ice on the weekend and I love it, does anyone have a recipe? I want it for my ADV, from my understanding it is basically peach strawberry apple and menthal? Does anyone know the quantities? I am failing on google and what to trust.

I made a Time Bomb TNT clone a while back using this recipe: http://www.lediypourlesnuls.com/time-bomb-tnt/ which was really nice I admit.

I think I switched out the Strawberry Ripe (TFA) to Sweet Strawberry (CAP) though.

You could maybe add like 0.2% Peppermint (TFA) for the Menthol?

Atari, have you thought about mixing your own liquid? You'll save yourself a load of money mate, plus you can use good quality concentrates.

Best part of vaping IMO.
 
Well rejuiced for me hasnt been great but i did find a flav i really liked and could taste well which was the raspberry rasputin. Thinking of getting a 120ml bottle of the stuff as i like it that much. The other 3 flavs i got tho so far were underwhelming, the rhub and custard its not nice.. Hoping a long steep in cupboard will help but not hopeful. Dragons milk, doesnt taste nice yet again hoping steeping for awhile will help bring some sorta flav out of it. Blue slush. Steeped for a few weeks by now i think and its okish but i got it 0nic which i think i should have got 3mg nic to help flav but oh well. Certainly no cooling taste yet tho from my pov.

As i said tho, the raspberry one is great and vape it straight away. :) If you wana risk trying it i think u might like it.
 
I'm getting really harsh throat hits off of everything I've purchased from Rejuiced.

I'm wondering if the coil has gone but I'm not getting that burnt flavour, and its only been in about 10 days.

Ironically, I've been looking into mixing my own stuff over the last week. After I ordered from Rejuiced, I saw some posts on Reddit about them apparently just using the recipes off Reddit, adding a markup, and then selling it.

I think I'm going to order some bits and give it a try this week :D Someone mentioned some links for concentrates a few pages back (I think it may have been you), so I'm going to check the Reddit recipes and find one that sounds good and try and make it :)

The American Grape Soda, and the Cherries n Berries one are really harsh on my throat too. I think perhaps it needs to be steeped so I've left those two with the lid off in my draw at work. I'll give them a shake daily and see how they get on over the next week.

I made a Time Bomb TNT clone a while back using this recipe: http://www.lediypourlesnuls.com/time-bomb-tnt/ which was really nice I admit.

I think I switched out the Strawberry Ripe (TFA) to Sweet Strawberry (CAP) though.

You could maybe add like 0.2% Peppermint (TFA) for the Menthol?

Im fine with what I have got but the wife would like some fruitiness of some sorts. No apple though, she did smoke shisha a while back and she smoked watermelon, citrus, berry type ones. Not keen on custards, cheese cake etc. Not looking to steep if possible. Saying that though I have enough RY4 to keep us going for a good few months so I guess if I got another concentrate I could steep it for a good length of time before running out of RY4.
 
Rejuiced used to be my go to place for juice but since I've found the likes of Jackamoo juice and a guy local to me here I don't think I'll ever order from them again tbh.

Good work man. The initial cost might be a little expensive, but once you get everything you need you'll be good to go. I think you'll really enjoy it.

Most fruit concentrates are good to go without any steeping; just shake and vape!. It's only the custards/tobacco's that need anywhere from a week up to a month (tobacco's especially).

Out of interest, what RY4 concentrate was it that you used?

I think I'm going to grab a starter kit. Ideally I'd like to look through the various recipes, find one with flavours that I like and then knock up 30ml at a time and let them steep for a week

Ahhh, Hangsen brings back memories. Their Juicy Peach was my ADV in my eGo days!

FlavourArt (flavourart.co.uk) do an RY4 Nutzilla which is incredible and I don't even like tobacco vapes!

In all honesty mate, I wouldn't bother getting a starter kit.

You want to be mixing by weight as opposed to volume, it's a HELL of a lot easier, and the clean-up is minimal.

Edit: I'd probably get a couple of these with the nozzle caps, to store your PG & VG in. Nicotine I keep in the fridge in an amber glass bottle, although I decant 30ml into a squeezy bottle so that I'm not exposing the lot of it to the air as it breaks it down.

I quite like rejuiced stuff, not had an issue. Never tried jackamoo, shame they don't do 1.5mg though.

I don't really want to go back to 3, as I've cut down this much already.

Depending on how much you want to buy, Jackamoo may be able to help you out with 1.5mg. I have always found Terry to be very helpful. Smaller quantities ie 10ml may prove more difficult.
 
Anyone had any experience with Minion Vapes?

I've seen their Boston Doughnut juice recommended on a reddit thread and just noticed its 30% atm

Not the best experience with the likes of Rejuiced ect (throat hits, lack of flavour...) don't know whether to take the plunge or not with these

I have ordered the concentrates for this so I will give it a shot. Also using CAP strawberry as that is what I saw in another recipe. I am using Koola for the menthal. :D

Nice work!

Koolada doesn't taste of menthol by the way, it just adds a cooling sensation.

Be careful though, too much of it and you'll wreck your recipe, I'd recommend around 0.5-1% at max.

Thanks, other than flavour boss and pre bought concentrates this is the next step, but if I can get it right I will happily make it my ADV for 6months :)

I will be going very cautious on the koolada until I have it right, this first batch is for testing and tweaking.

Does any one have any smart carry cases they use to keep the gear in? I do a lot of travelling and would like one of these zip up types.
