Leaking or spitting whilst vaping?

Leaking, not had any problems with spitting on this tank.

Could be that the coil is on it's way out, and lost its wicking capability? Try changing the coil mate. Make sure everything is tightened properly too, sometimes the o-rings can come loose.

I will give this a go and check the o rings when changing. It is the original coil so I guess it is due a change.

Cheers

Thanks. Can anyone recommend a battery and charger for it?

Batteries - https://www.fasttech.com/products/0/10002357/2363400-authentic-samsung-inr18650-30q-3-6v-3000mah.

I'd get two personally. Although you might want to get these from the UK (Ecolux on eBay) as battery shipments from FT come via Sweden Post airmail so delivery takes about 14 days from dispatch.

Charger wise I'd look at the Xtar VC2 Plus or VC4. Probably the latter as it has 4 slots compared to 2 on the VC2. No doubt you'll end up getting more batteries at some point so you'll appreciate having the extra 2 slots.

It's worth mentioning that it's powered by USB, so you want a decent 2A wall adapter. So something like this will work great.

There are much better chargers out there such as the Opus BT-C3100 which is what I use, but it's £27 compared to ~£15 for the VC2.

Sony VTC5 < Samsung 25R < LG HG2

Efest tear-resistant are also pretty good... they're re-wrapped LG HG2s mostly though and some mods have problems with them... they work well in RX200/RX200S/DNA200... but they don't work at all in my Triade DNA200.

I buy mine wholesale... but you should be safe buying from any company with a good reputation.

Personally i buy batteries from Torchy on Ebay (get a discount for being on the same forums as him) .
For HB6's , VCT4's etc i buy from AkkuTeile in Germany , why ? because it was 1 of the places that Mooch recommended.
I am sure there are places selling genuine VTC5's or places that believe they are selling genuine VTC5's but for me not worth the risk , especially since they are normally expensive.

For an RX id be looking at getting some Samsung 30Q or LG HG2 batteries. The new Sony VCT6 are pretty good too. Those 3 will give you better battery life than using VCT4/5 or 25R. The higher current capacity of those isn't needed on a device like the RX

Thanks for all the input guy's.

Ecolux on eBay or http://ecoluxshopdirect.co.uk/

I second this. I have a set of 30Q and HG2's which I use regularly for my RX's. Yet to try the VTC6's.

I'm going to be building rather low on the RX therefore surely I'm better off having extra amp's available? Not particularly fussed on extra battery life as 3 batteries will be plenty for me especially as it will be a stay at home device.

Why isn't the higher current capacity needed on a device like the RX? It's wired up in series so I don't get any extra amps.

Edit: Forgot to mention, Cheers for the link to Ecolux!

No problem. Another great charger is the LiitoKala Lii-500 - https://www.fasttech.com/products/1421/10018115/3984500

This has a euro adapter though so you'll need a EU > UK plug w/ a fuse inside. Probably a couple quid.

Mooch recently posted about this on his FB page.

What are the best batteries for the Reuleaux RX200/250, RX200S, and DNA200?
Any of these will work great, at any power level (coil resistance doesn't matter), as long as you're not chain vaping:
- Sony VTC6
- Samsung 30Q
- LG HG2
Any good 20A, or higher rated, battery will work though.
If you are a chain vaper and plan to use one of these mods at over 150W then I recommend one of the following batteries instead:
- Sony VTC5A (not VTC5)
- LG HD2C
- LG HD4
- Sony VTC4
Any good 25A, or higher, battery will work though.
As always, let the temperature of the batteries be your guide. If you feel them getting more than fairly warm then lower the power setting and/or slow down and allow the batteries to cool a bit between pulls.

I don't really take mine above 50-60W anyway so I just stick to my HG2 or 30Q's.

Pretty sure the RX200 has a 20A limit anyway, so you can't really build too low.

Its a regulated device, the coil build is irrelevant to the current drain from the batteries.
An RX at the full 200w will only be drawing a maximum of 23 amps per cell regardless of the build you put in there. Which is well within the limits of 30Q,HG2,VCT6.

To be honest if you aren't too fussed about battery life the decision in my opinion comes down to whichever battery you can get hold of the cheapest.

I'm currently using an RX200 with 3 Samsung 25R batteries in it. I'm vaping a 1.1 ohm build at 120W. No problems with overheating - even while chain vaping. Battery life isn't brilliant but never will be at that power. A set of batteries will last about as long as it takes to charge another set in a VC4 charger (about 5 hours). The RX200 has USB charging so, if you're near a PC or any micro USB charging cable, you can always keep it topped up when not in use.

I should add that I only use it at home (bit bulky for carrying around) where I have loads of spare batteries and access to a charger and a charging cable.

You shouldn't be using USB charging on the RX200. It doesn't have the correct balance charging built in, which is why in the newer models RX2/3, it's only used for updating the firmware.

Anyone recommended me a nice tank with prebuilt coils? Specifically for flavour. Getting really tired of building/re wicking RTA's once every few days.

Not a fan of the original Crown and the Smok tanks have all been garbage for flavour imo.

I am still a big fan of anything that uses Atlantis / Triton coils. The new Atlantis EVO coils are proving to be excellent for me for flavour.
Have a look at the Atlantis EVO tank. It's only 2ml but flavour is really good.

You shouldn't need to re-wick or rebuild every few days if you do it right! ;):p

Take a look at the iJoy Tornano Nano. I use it with the RTA deck but the pre-built coils are really the only ones that I've been happy with.

Friends of mine are liking the Cleito 120 too.

It's my juice preference most likely.

Cool man! I'll check it out, thanks!

Bah! My Target Mini has died I think. It's been on charge all day and still shows 37% battery. Tried a different charger and cable but no change.

hope mine doesnt
nice little mod for out and about, although ive got a smok osub on the way too for the same use.
