The correct term is e-cigarette. e-shisha is a term which makes e-cigarettes more familiar to the Asian or Arabic crowd. But they are all the same.
My honest advice is that if you don't smoke then don't buy e-cigarettes, it's a dangerous road to go down and you "may" even start experimenting with ejuice with nicotine. Even though the Government don't call e-cigs NRT - they are and are an alternative nicotine delivery system for us nicotine junkies.
If you're buying one to look cool or fit in a crowd etc then that's your choice. But the costs "may" add up if it becomes a hobby.
However, the Vision Spinner or Ego's (mentioned in the OP) and CE5+ are good starter kits to get people to help stop smoking. Many vendors will sell ejuice at 0mg strength with a 50/50 VG/PG or 70/30 VG/30 ratio.
You can even mix your own since you're not using nicotine which will be cheaper in the "long run". 100ml Boots VG + 10% distilled water and a massive choice of Capella or Inawara flavours will keep you occupies and experimenting with recipes for months.
