after a bit of advice. im not a cigarette smoker but im after a eshisha pen. now looking around am I right in saying these are the same as the ones mentioned in this thread except they don't put any nicotine in the juice.
if they are the sames which one would be best to go for with a budget of around £35

thanks

it can be very expensive if you dont know what your doing, how long have you been vaping and how many flavours have you tried so far?

Well I feel quite confident that I would be able to mix it ok.

I mainly vape the el toro range which I do enjoy.

It might be a bit premature but with this eu thing going on (which I'm totally against) just got me thinking about stocking up and mixing my own.

I hope it does not come in but if this eu vote goes through in the future and all you would be able to buy is 4mg strength nicotine e juice, I presume if you had the base nicotine that you add to your own juice you could bump up the strength?

Glad your getting on with Vapeland, I had great customer service from them just shame the product was not working right due to it being knock off.

Sorry, I just noticed that you posted this. What was knock off about the Vapeland stuff? I can only find good reviews!!

Just got a vivi nova today, it likes to gurgle! Any mods or anything to stop this?
It's great other than that, Wanted one in silver to match my vamo but could only get gold, nothing a bit of 800 grit sandpaper couldn't fix. Or so I thought. It's a very light gold now but it looks pretty cool so I'm happy with it.

I read on here that people were getting a rubbery taste (pretty sure I did anyway) but I'm having none of that after about 10 mins use.

I'd try cranking up the wattage to stop it flooding. The only problems I get are wicking issues.

After a quick thread on UKV the consensus is that batteries have to come onboard as carry on, but if I have loads of juice then just bring a small bottle and the rest in the hold. Mods go in the tray so your bag doesn't get put in the search queue. Jobs a good'un apparently.

The correct term is e-cigarette. e-shisha is a term which makes e-cigarettes more familiar to the Asian or Arabic crowd. But they are all the same.

My honest advice is that if you don't smoke then don't buy e-cigarettes, it's a dangerous road to go down and you "may" even start experimenting with ejuice with nicotine. Even though the Government don't call e-cigs NRT - they are and are an alternative nicotine delivery system for us nicotine junkies.

If you're buying one to look cool or fit in a crowd etc then that's your choice. But the costs "may" add up if it becomes a hobby.

However, the Vision Spinner or Ego's (mentioned in the OP) and CE5+ are good starter kits to get people to help stop smoking. Many vendors will sell ejuice at 0mg strength with a 50/50 VG/PG or 70/30 VG/30 ratio.

You can even mix your own since you're not using nicotine which will be cheaper in the "long run". 100ml Boots VG + 10% distilled water and a massive choice of Capella or Inawara flavours will keep you occupies and experimenting with recipes for months. :D

Have you tried the normal eshisha? Safer cigs sell them but they are one time only use. eshisha is the same as what we use without the nicotine and often with higher flavour so you are right.

Does it have to be cigarette like size like the eshishas I've seen or can it be a little bigger. Since you aren't going to use it a lot (I think) compared to a nicotine user. One 650mah ego, some kind of easy to use atomiser and some 0 nic liquid will be fine.

Was reading this guide yesterday and it says there ok, apart from the ones with sugar in. Don't think I would use it unless I heard it from a few that it's okay

Have you tried pg or vg from the chemist?

VG and PG from the chemist is fine but costs more. It used to be the cheapest but people now sell bulk VG/PG much cheaper. VG you can find in a lot of chemists but make sure it isn't a cough mix that says VG on it. PG they don't normally stock and you have to get them to order it in. They can be a bit iffy doing it so I wouldn't bother. You can get a litre of PG for very cheap.

Couldn't remember which one it was so put both, reason I was thinking about getting it from there is its thinker, I'll water it down a little but I want it a little bit thinker because my evod is rubbish and it leaks so i was thinking if it was just a little bit thinker it wouldn't do it as much? I am going to get a vamo soon but that's probably going to be next week and will take a while from China

I was reading this bit of the guide:

The lethal dose of nicotine for a child is about 10mg and for an adult its 40-60mg.
So 10 drops of 24mg/ml strength e-liquid can kill a child.
And 20 drops (1ml) of 54mg/ml strength e-liquid can kill an adult.

That would be 10/20 drops of pure nicotine, not 10/20 of the base liquid we get for DIY mixed with VG/PG?

I'm sure the 54mg strength DIY mixing bottle I have is only 5.4mg strength per ml or per 100ml? So you would have to get a heck of a lot of it on your skin to kill you. Maybe have to soak your hands in a bowl of it... I could be wrong.
As soon as I started to DIY I built myself a strong wooden box to keep all my mixing stuff secure, with an extra wall inside to hold the nic fluid. Its also on a high shelf.
A bloke at work is buying a load from Hangsen (pure). He offered me some and although it would last me a life time, its a bit too risky for me.

I also have an unlimited supply of gloves and eye protection and only mix when the kids are in bed.

Two Boge F16's .. and a spare carto all having a slight burnt taste straight from the packaging presuming this is a dodgy batch?

Do I have a leg to stand on request money back or replacement Carto's ?

It will be 54mg / ml (or useless), 5.4g per 100ml (or 5.4% nicotine) The lethal dose for users is much higher than non users. While it can be absorbed from the skin you should be ok just washing it off. Keep it safely away from children just like you would any other dangerous thing.

The block at work is breaking the law most likely. You can only have greater than 7.5% (75mg/ml) nicotine if you hold the correct poisons license. If you are talking 100% pure nic which some people in China will supply, you can overdose just being in a room with it unsealed. You need a flume hood and to know what you are doing. It touches your skin in anyway and you are in real danger. I've talked with chemists that are vapers and mixers and they say just no. Does he really want to risk the delivery people? I'm guessing he ain't paying for dangerous chemical transport?
