Looking for a dripping attie for flavour sampling. What's recommended?
Had a look at Igo-L and Bauway 306 LR but not sure what's best.

It's usually the smaller local pharmacies that stock this kind of thing. Go onto yell and ring around a few locals. One near me sells VG and distilled water.
 
I use Carto Tanks 24/7, I know someone who has two CE5's un-used, Thought I would take them off his hands, 2.4Ohm running at standard 3.7V with some GVC noticed they seem to be pretty juice happy, they are gulping it down like a scooby!

Anyone noticed this or am I just used to not filling up my 3ML tank as much.

I'm using it now. I'm still a noob when it comes to ss wicks so I haven't quite nailed it yet. Seems to wick slightly better than a full mesh wick, but it's also quite a heatsink so the coil heats up slower. I'm still undecided on it. Then again I have yet to get a good coil with no shorts going yet!

I've also noticed I go through juice a lot more quickly with clearos compared to carto + tank. So far for me cartos have been a step in the right direction. I'll still use clearos though just for a flavour change but may use cartos most of the time once I've amassed enough tanks.
 
I cant wait for my Vamo and Vivi nova.

I ordered some E-Juice from Smokeshop and it was extremely harsh in my little Ego. Feels horrible in my throat i dont know if thats because of the Ego or the flavour.

Either way I ordered some butterscotch from vapeland or what ever its called now hopefully thats nice...

I'll give you the same advice I was given. First thing, set your Vamo to NO2 mode and use VW to control. Start of at a low wattage, maybe 5.0 and ramp it up until you get what you think is a desirable vape. A lot of people seem to be vaping between 7.0W and 8.0W but see what works best for you. So far I've been vaping at 7.0W with the cartomisers and 7.5W with clearos.

The Vamo doesn't normally come with a manual but a pdf is a quick google away.

Thanks for that - will save this for when my Vamo eventually arrives from China. I think in future I will pay the extra for DHL. :rolleyes:
 
Hamster is spot on :) basically find your personal sweet spot for your gear and juice and away you go

And to who posted about the SS Wire Rope, i have been using this for about a week and a half now in my AC9 (KnightStalker over UKV too) Fantastic is all i can say, its a bit hit and miss sometimes but overall its miles better than mesh alone in getting juice to the coils - I have over 6 different types currently in testing, from 1.5mm to 3mm stuff, just waiting on new cutters to continue as mine have been chewed to hell cutting the 3mm stuff. One thing i will say, be very careful with the heat of the atomiser on initial setup, i have had my AC9 reading above 160F according to my infra red temp gun, thats seriously hot, never seen it hit that when set up and juice is cooling it. Coil at full whack was reading way above 250f, temp gun refused to read it lol 0.9ohm 4 wrap of .5 ribbon - 2mm 7x7, 325mesh.
 
I'm in need of some new flavours to try out and thought it might be fun to list our personal 2 top liquids.

Mine:
1 - Origamistic by fuZion vapor - it's described as a chai tea flavour and you can really separate the cardamom and cloves, and a faint sweet fennel taste. As a big drinker of Indian tea (being Indian :D) I instantly fell in love with this vape.

2 - Rhubarb and Custard from Innovapours - as you'd expect, but thick yet mellow with a very gentle mix of sweetness and warm fruit. Not really any passion behind choosing this originally, but it's become such a nice, easy smoke with a pleasing taste.


But I'm fearing too much of a good thing so would love to hear all of your top 2 vapes..

Mine gets super hot too. I oxidise the mesh because pulsing it from the start would melt the orings on my rsst! Do you wrap your mesh the whole length of the wick or just at the top where the coil is? I've been doing just the top, but my juice is getting burnt so not sure if my fill plug needs to come out or if something else is amiss
 
Well I'm still vaping like a good 'un, and loving it :)

Been cigarette free for 10 days now and quite chuffed with myself, I don't miss it and besides craving one in between stopping & getting the EGO-T kit, I've not had a craving for one at all since!

However I've noticed over the past few days that since vaping, each morning when I wake up I find that my throat feels a bit rough and I have to have a good couple of coughs to have a good clear out - am I right that this normal because I've stopped smoking proper cigarettes and that whatever it left on my lungs is finally working it's way out? Or is it because when I vape - most of the time I inhale into my lungs? (inhale into mouth first and then breathe it in).

Oh yeah, I can't really get into the Blueberry flavour liquid that I purchased the other day, I'm finding the flavour too strong. So I'm going to let it go to someone else on here totally free of charge (free postage too), the bottle is a 10ml one and it still has 90% of it's juice left. First person who says they want it can have it :)
