Are you going to try a Druide copy? ;)
If so i have a recipe that is very near the real thing

DV Absinthe 10%
F'art Anise 10%
DV Liquorice 7%
F'art Vape wizard 2%
Sweetner 2%

If you like Absinthe flavouring, you must get the DV (Decedent Vapours) Absinthe, its supposed the be the best one available.
http://www.chefsvapour.co.uk/Absinthe/p1901058_11904362.aspx (if you ever use this site, use code AAEC for 10% off)
I have some here, and its a very strong green colour as well.

Guys, looking at getting into making my own juices.

Seen on Chefs Vapour their mixing kit.

100ml 72VG nicotine
100ml VG
100ml Pg
1 chefsvapour concentrate (fancy ABC 20%-30%)

I normally smoke between 12mg and 18mg juices. So for an example I could do a 10ml like so:

2ml Nic 72 VG
2ml ABC concentrate
3ml PG
3ml VG

This should give me 10ml of 14.4mg strength?

Also if anyone else knows any places to get better kits let me know. Taking the leap of faith.

@balky12
I am on phone at the min so can't see what that kit is but comapre it to this

If you want to buy seperate
100ml of 74mg nic base for £16 http://www.goforsmoke.com/100ml-unfl...ine-9812-p.asp (vapers emporium is cheaper but out of stock)
500ml of PG for £6 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/CLASSIKOOL...item565262b3ef
500ml of VG for £4.60 same supplier http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/CLEAR-FOOD...item27c9be1ef0
or get it from Boots

Also i get my 10, 30 & 50ml bottles from here http://www.creamsupplies.co.uk/resta.../cat_3391.html

Then buy some 1ml, 5ml, 10ml and 20ml syringes and blunt tips off Ebay and i use some babies bottles or old cough medicine bottles for steeping a mix.

Chefs vapour is good for flavourings does capella, tjuice, PA, Fart, Inewaera, DV etc... use code AAEC for 10% off.
T-juice's Affro-dizziak tastes like the old cough sweets, and red astaire tastes like cherry soothers, both very nice.
Otherwise look at recipes and just buy the flavourings needed and follow the recipe.

There is enough supplies to roughly mix 600ml of juice above, you will just need flavourings.

Edit.
Vapers emporium have 72mg AG nicotine base in stock (AG is just VG diluted by distilled water to make it less viscous) or get the PG base

If you have a android device get this app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.composedchaos.eliquidrecipemanager&hl=en_GB

I've never used more then 5% concentrate flavour in my mix. I only use 5% when mixing Menthol and 3% in orange.

Is this a battery replacement? I'm a noob :p

I took advice from the guys here.
I got a Nitecore i4 Intellicharger from the forest(£16 inc)
And two 18650 batteries make sure they are a good brand. There is a link a few pages back.

Then get either a Vamo V5 or a Nemesis clone. The only reason I'm getting a Vamo V5 because the firing button is on the side and I can play with V\W.

The Nemesis from FT is very good.

I much prefer 18350 batteries personally - even if i have to change them twice a day. just so much more compact.

apart from with drippers - cos they are really small usually anyway

Hi all. I posted this in the general forums but feel it iw more likely to get a response here.
I won't go into the full story again, however the basics are:
65yr old mother, been smoking for at least 45yrs. She smokes a relatively mild cigarette (Silk Cut) and I'd say that she was at nearly 30 a day at one point.
A health scare (ongoing, but good result expected) has opened her eyes and she now wants to stop smoking.
She has seen E-Cigarettes advertised, but knows nothing about them.

In my view I need to find something that is as close to the "real thing" as possible. So something similar in size, similar in weight and will give her similar "hits" and I suppose taste - although the last thing I guess can be explored in the future.

I myself have no knowledge of these - I stopped smoking 9yrs ago using good old cold turkey.
If I could get some advice that would be great - links required where possible because just mentioning the name or brand of something truly means nothing to me!

Thanks all.

Oooh, just had to order that Chef's Vapour Mixing Kit. And I've just received a bunch of juices from them today!

Time to get into the mixing game and save myself even more dosh. Honestly, the savings are incredible: Sophia for atty - rebuildable with pre-made NR-R-NR wires cheap as chips from Stealth Vape and costs next to nothing wicking with cotton, and mixing own juice. Why anyone would pay for tobacco these days is truly beyond me. :D

Just had a first go at mixing my own liquids.

Blueberry Cinnamon Crumble
72mg/ml nic - 0.83 ML
Capellas Blueberry Cinnamon Crumble - 20% - 2ml
PG - 3ML
VG - 4.17ML

Currently steeping :)

Currently making a shopping list to start building my own coils and making my own juice.

I have a Mini protank 2 so 32 guage kanthal wire? Seems to be sold out everywhere, where do people get theirs from?

What's the best cotton to get? I heard you can pick it up from Tescos?

Also I need a decent grape concentrate if anyone knows of one?

Get some Organic Cotton Wool, might just be me but the taste is far superior to the normal Non Organic stuff.

My neighbour is disabled, bed bound and addicted to smoking (probably as a consequence of being couped up and bored all day!). Anyway he had to have the doctor out for a really bad chest infection and he told him he really must stop smoking, particularly in his condition. I introduced him to vaping, and I think I've blown his mind that he can get his nicotine fix without smoking fags :) He never knew of this before.

That's awesome dude! :D

Druid copy? Can't say I've ever heard of that.

Along with Alchemists Cupboards Lemon and lime, those two are my favourite flavours. I've tried the absinthe from Justvape and it was gash tbh, The LT ecigs one is beast!

I done a basic mix with the Absinthe and Liqourice a few months back 10% of each and good god, I think a 50ml bottle lasted me about a week haha.

I'll have a look at the DV stuff, I first remember them from totally wicked way back in 2011 when I got started on a crappy Tornado tank, speaking of which, they've opened up a new B&M down the road and they do Sasparilla flavour! gonna get some in the week to see if it's any good :D

Thanks for the recipe, I'll have a butchers.

For batteries, look for Big_F_D_D on ebay, guy is awesome for decent batteries, for a basic 18650 check out his 'Torchy' ones, I've had 2 for nigh on a year and they both work just fine on my Vamo V3

The Nemesis from FT isn't that great, I got one and the edges are razor sharp! the amount of times I've cut my fingers and thumbs messing with the lockring is stupid, Get the Hcigar version, it's about £30 if memory serves, and actually has a quality finish, bevelled edges and it feels much nicer ;)
