Y'know, much as I liked the first one, I never actually finished it. Got bored of it shortly after you reached the Lake. It just seemed too sudden a transition from the city without any real reasoning behind it, and suddenly I was back to 'kill 10 drowner' quests.

Wow, I cannot wait for this.

OP, you may want to put a swearies warning on the link as I could swear they mention "Quicktime Events" during the combat section, dirty, dirty things.

Even with the QTE's this is looking like an epic game. I'm guessing they have been included to stop people just walking away from cutscenes, or not paying attention. Immersion is the key :p.

Played AND finished the first one ;)

I really enjoyed it too - I really enjoyed the whole Gerralt character. Really looking forward to a sequel, especially if it follows on from the closing video of the original...oh but half of you probably not seen that :p

Yet to play the extended levels of the first one, which is superb. I was looking forward to the 360 version but apparently that is on hold now. I just hope Witcher 2 isn't as buggy as the first one.

Hell yeah :D

Shame his voice actor is different though but I have a feeling a lot of those voice samples were place-holders.

I'm pretty sure the VO was placeholders, Geralt's voice sounded like it was done by the dev who was presenting it.

Looking good anyway, loved The Witcher so will be keeping a close eye on this.
