I certainly do and you and I both know what happens.

I honestly feel that people are seriously wrapped up too much with their choice of GPU at times they forget that most buy to play games, which in turn equals enjoyment. It shouldn't matter what each individual chooses to game with and regardless of a bit of banter from me from time to time, I want everyone to enjoy gaming like I do.

AMD will release a driver and nVidia will sort out their problems for their users. At the end of it, we buy for enjoyment and not to troll forums.

But you single me out when there are far far worse comments, so its just im not allowed to banter and i said nothing of users and neither do i care what others want to buy, my comment was about NVidia not its users so drop it.

Any kepler user should try out the old forceware 340.52. I just installed it and have actually seen 5% improvement. While within margin of error it does prove to me that not a single optimization has been done for kepler.. not one. I would expect a company to support their products for atleast 2 years after they are EOL'd, considering thats how long standard warranty is, atleast here in denmark. But on the flip side it does also show that the performance hasnt been sabotaged directly in this title, atleast not from a driver perspective.

The hairworks is the killer, such a big hit for something you wouldn't even notice without comparison screenshots. I don't know why they wasted their time implementing it :/

Turning it off I can go ultra on my 780 (except shadows and grass distance, which I stick on high). With it on I have to set most things to medium.

You don't need to set up SFX, go into the W3 thread in gaming and download file from the youtube vid link Matson posted, drag n drop into x64 bin dir.
 
Why do people without Kepler cards keep insisting that Kepler is performing badly and that us 700 series users should be outraged at Nvidia? :confused:

I am getting amazing performance out of my 780s still (after 2 years), they're running Witcher 3 at everything max except for HairWorks just on Geralt at 1440p and I'm getting 60+ fps. They can also run any other game out there at near max 1440p and 60 fps (including recent titles like GTA V).

So stop with the inane nonsense, there is no Nvidia conspiracy against 700 series cards. Just ridiculous some of the claims being thrown around here as of late.

No idea, I don't quite get it either. I'm more than happy with the results i'm seeing. I have owned Nvidia cards for a few years now after finding AMD cards too hot and too loud. I have had not a single problem since. I'm not saying their perfect, but I don't think they are anywhere near as bad as some people would lead you to believe. Before I get accused of being blinkered, i'm eagerly awaiting the 390X to see if AMD will give me a reason to upgrade/change. I care nothing at all about the brand, just the quality of goods and the price.

The evidence is out there showing that the gtx780 has fallen away performance wise. Titan is now only as fast as a 290p never mind a 290x which now rivals a gtx780ti. The gtx780 used to be much faster than it currently is. Check out how close a 7970ghz edition is getting to the gtx780.

I can't be bothered to post the same results from a year ago which shows a much different picture to what we see in this up to date review. I have already posted them several times so don't want to be like a broken record. These results speak for themselves.

What do you mean Titan is only as fast as a 290p?

When the 290 cards came out everyone was raving how they were the same or faster than the original Titan for gaming and being a hell of a lot cheaper.

It's pure conspiracy that people think nVidia are purposefully gimping older cards.
