Deadlifts felt quite easy today, and Managed a fair bit of pulling afterwards. The DOMS feel sweet and well deserved today.
 
Yeah suppose they aren't really DOMS when they're instant, but saying I have MS sounds a bit too severe :p

Shoulders today. Hadn't eaten enough before hand (protein bar and a banana all morning) and it's a bit too soon since Monday's chest workout, so numbers are down yet again. But still enjoyed it!

Tasty squat session. Suffering for it today after walking about 9 miles. Also clocked in just under 91kg and slowly getting some abs back.
