And to those that think this is a serious singing competition ..... :rolleyes:

A serious competition would have real bands who can play their instruments and write and sing their own songs. Or solo singers with their own lyrics. This is light entertainment for Saturday night and the boys/afro guy are the only two that are putting on a half decent show.

Lucie is my fav, but then she's in direct competition with the past 2 years winners.

What I love is that Burke gets to number 1, is then trumped by one of the judges getting to number 1, and she is likely to be trumped by JLS (number 2s) week on week, haha!

Since being based on download sales the UK chart isn't reliable anyway.

Well it means less to me now than it used to - that's what I mean! :p

Also we re-watched the judges houses episode at the weekend and there were FAR better groups than J+E that should have been put through... blatantly only got through because they were Irish.

Everybody but the mentally ill fangirls knows thats exactly what happened. Trying to explain this to them is like trying to eat a brick.
