Qualifications / Experience
Chartered Safety Practitioner (CMIOSH)
NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health
Indepth knowledge of current Health and Safety Legislation and relevant standards.
Knowledge and experience in property risk management, Business Continuity and Business risk management.
Knowledge and experience in Environmental management
Self motivated

Proven track record in developing and delivering presentation and training material.

2) Graphic Designer

Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 5.00pm; Friday 8.00am to 12noon.
Purpose of the Role:
Creating design concepts that fit the clients brief. Artworking up finalised designs ensuring artwork is suitable for repro and the print process.
Context of Job and Key Relationships:
Working in the design team you will work alongside QA, Packing, Sales, Marketing and Suppliers to develop design concepts, visualising them and artworking where necessary. Strategic planning and research is key and ensuring design elements and layout is consistent across all formats.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Working alongside the design manager strategically plan design ranges using research to highlight and suggest routes the design could take.
Take the design lead and, working with the client, suggest routes the design could take for open briefs.
Concept presentations maybe required.
Amending designs according to the clients' final comments.
Artwork final designs, ensuring the artwork is suitable for the print process.
Preparing your artwork so it is suitable for repro and proofreading.
Work alongside the artwork and repro team ensuring that elements and colour is consistent across all your jobs.
Conform to specific technical specifications.Working to Haribo UK and international brand design guidelines.
Keeping up to date and organised records of work and filing work appropriately.
To work on a range of material across all mediums including but not limited to: packaging, POS and marketing material.
Provide effective open and clear communication with your colleagues and suppliers alike.
To be reliable, enthusiastic, self-motivated and a team player. Understand the importance of a team and how you can contribute to the overall team effectiveness.
Qualifications / Experience:
5 years commercial FMCG experience
To work on a range of packaging, POS and marketing material. Website skills would be an advantage.
Strong mac skills in Adobe CC
Demonstrate a strong understanding of packaging design and the print processes behind it.
Able to work within brand and deliver within deadlines.
Being aware of the key fundamentals of consumer buying
You must be organised and personable, able to communicate effectively with your colleagues and suppliers alike.
Strong conceptual and strategic thinker
Fully experienced in creating and amending artwork. This role will also involve artworking.
Ability to understand and lead on open briefs but being open to instruction is important.
Reliable, enthusiastic and self motivated.
