There be football! 7-8th & 14th Feb *SPOILERS*

He didn't do too badly at Celtic?

Is Celtic a 'big club' tho,he has gone to a lot of clubs where they have been at low points, very much work in progress clubs. It would be interesting to see how he will fare over the next few years, espescially when people wont think of Villa as a 'little' club and will expect them to challenge, lets face it this season they have really come out of the blue.

Where is Drukenmaster? Can't wait to hear what he has to say about his hero Eboue. :D

Don't forget Denilson. Who apparently played in his correct position is a good player

Forgot to say, I thought Gallas was immense today, covered mistakes by Toure and looked solid all game, taking the captaincy from him has done wonders for his performance.

No Rooney, Evra, Brown, Anderson, Nani :o

Anderson only just got that serious ankle injury - so not surprising he isnt mentioned, I am surprised about Brown, Evra and Rooney not even as subs though

Edit - I wouldnt say Fabio, Park and Welbeck are weak subs (when you consider OShea is playing lol)

Just got back from the Spurs vs. Arsenal game.

Disappointed that Spurs didn't win it but there wasn't enough quality from either side to deserve a win, I thought. I thought this was going to be the game where Modric showed his true class. I thought his passing and distribution was excellent but that the jury is still out. However, I did think that Palicios had a fantastic game. He's exactly what Spurs have been missing since Davids left.

I've also got a theory as to why we did so well when 'Arry initially joined Spurs - he had the man management skills but we also had the fitness that Ramos had instilled in the team. Now that 'Arry has brought back the ketchup, we look tired towards the end of games. We're either conceding late goals or not driving forward to win games late on. We should have done better against 10 men.

Still, I'll take a point. Eboube, I love you. :D
