There be football! 7-8th & 14th Feb *SPOILERS*

He's a pretty average footballer, he only gets a lot of attention because he's English and left footed. England lack wide left midfielders, so the ones we have come under a fair amount of attention.

Boro are joint bottom !

Zabayleta is bloody awful. How was he so good on FM????

I have no idea, he is awful but more of a liability at right back. I said as soon as they had someone other than Hamann in the middle they'd drop Kompany into defence so they could push Richards out right again thereby not having Zabeleta anywhere near the defence, still completely inept but less bad for the team. He'll be off in summer and out of the team when they get Petrov back and if Elano can hit any form at all.

Robinho, while I think he's not playing well, I think he's enjoyable to watch.
He's never really lived up to the expectations.

he's not playing great but he's the 2nd top scorer for a clearly struggling side this year. Bunch of assists, great build up play, great player. Theres maybe too much pressure at a place like Real to be young and brilliant up against people who are far more experienced and brought in as the best in the world. Even then he was used a lot and played well but at a club with a little less competition for places I think he'll improve further, he needs time to gain some consistancy without feeling like he will be dropped the second he has a bad game. Its largely his movement and creativity thats helping Ireland play so well, as with Vassell instead of Robinho who the hell would Ireland play throughballs to or get them from.

Plus, Bellamy had another very good game, 6 in 7 games, not at all bad. City once they can ditch Zabeleta and SWP(who again was inept going forwards) will be a very good side. Richards is already looking far better going fowards in his right back role and was ahead of SWP in most attacks.

Ricardo Quaresma, this guy has some mad skills with crosses. He uses the outside of his foot to do it! Can take freekicks the same way awesome swerve on em, few vids on the champs league site of him doing them.

Shocked by the newcastle score going good today they need 3 points badly with about 4 teams all on 24 :o

And with regards to robinho I think this guy is incredible 11 goals this season and hes missed a few weeks due to ankle injuries. He has the whole team playing with some flare and his creativity/innovation is second to none. Man city are a completely different team when he plays imagine what he would be like at one of the bigger 4 ;)

He played at Real Madrid, who are a giant club, and when he was there had a fantastic team, he never managed to get into and settle himself in that club, he never became the first choice, and he always felt he was better then this. Arrogance.

He never lived up to the hype at Real, he is very good on the ball and often links up well, but goes missing far too easily. He might have scored 11, but he could have easily scored double that if he was a better finisher, and his decision making leaves something to be desired.

One thing is for sure, he will do well to stay at Manchester City, because I feel he can only improve, as Manchester City grown in footballing terms.

He might finally start to live up to the hype that surrounded him as a very young player, I hope he improves as I enjoy watching attacking footballers.
