There both dead ill be calling NEC to see what they say.
There both between the film and the backlight. Even if they dont cover bugs, it should come under dead pixals. Each bug takes up about 8 pixals in 1 block. One of them takes up about 12 because he is diagonal.
Don't be annoyed at the manufacturer. Do you send your PC back when woodlice crawl inside? Or if your monitor was damaged by your cat? These monitors need to have holes for ventilation, and there is nothing that the manufacturers can really do about insects.Macca said:I am pretty annoyed that i paid £250 for this monitor and bugs are able to get in there and are now dead and ruining the screen blocking the pixels![]()
Nobody gives a **** about a woodlouse. You won't see them all the timeMAllen said:Don't be annoyed at the manufacturer. Do you send your PC back when woodlice crawl inside?

I've contacted Samsung asking what thier 'policy' is.

I had this happen on my old screen, fortunately it buggered off before it died.
Go into paint and draw it a little maze, i done it and it stayed where the screen was white![]()
I have honestly not heard of a bug getting inside an LCD monitor in my life before this thread
