Not quite sure how to respond to that one, I understand how that might happen but I wouldnt
be happy about it, but we would just have to live with it ......if they switch resources.
'Curtin University' has a massive output compared to 'Curtin University Of Technology' so if your

Curtin University of Technology is in the process of changing its name to Curtin University.

Edit - so I need about 400 points to get into the top 1000. I reckon I can stay around at least that long. :)

I'm just hoping I can stay inside the top 100 until I obtain a new mobo after making a noob mistake of shorting mine out :(
 
I've shorted out a PSU that way, so you have my sympathies. It survived for a few years but died eventually from capacitor explody-itis.

You live and learn, my problem now, is it just the mobo, is the cpu and ram ok ?
I only had one AMD rig so cant test stuff myself, will have to get the local pc shop to test them - fingers crossed its not a total loss.

As a result of this my Milkyway output is 0 and theSkynet is running at 75%

Either sort can short out - it just requires a little more bad luck for the one on the left. I shorted mine using a fan controller, but then I'm skilled that way! :D

I dont know what's happened to Shadowscotland, I was expecting him to take over with the news
again yesterday but I have not heard from him.
For this reason the news has not been done yet, I have recorded the stats though.

forgot that I should have asked :)
