2 incidents come to mind,

Last night i was driving in central London and passed a nightclub, crowd of people outside and one woman wailing 'oh god oh god he's dead he's dead' and some other people close by getting hysterical and screaming.. As i was driving by at about 15mph i passed the scene pretty quickly but it bothered me for a few hours. Something did happen as police and ambulances were rushing to the scene.

A few years back i saw a the aftermath of a motorcycle accident in Martinique when i was on holiday, bike all bent up and a car with its front left totally smashed in. However the most disturbing part was the obvious body on the floor covered by a sheet and brain matter nearby. That i will never forget.

I was coming home from a Pantomime a few years ago. We were going from Left to right on a T-Junction and there had been a motorbike crash, I looked over to my right and the guy was lying tangled up with a park bench with the bike close by in pieces. The police were only just on the scene and there wasn't an ambulance there at the time either.

I was standing at Mather's Cross back in 2008 when Robert Dunlop crashed and died and Darren Burns was thrown into the field on the other side of the road, it all happened about 6 feet infront of me. Michael Dunlop came round and stopped just after it happened and was crying and shouting hysterically.

On my way to Corby and came upon the aftermath of a van colliding and killing a pony and foul on a duel carriageway. Not sure what it is about dead horses but i find them very disturbing.

Granny riding down the motorway on a pushbike on my way home from work yesterday. Made me laugh. But hope she's ok.

In the late 80s I drove round a corner and saw a car up on it's side in New Inn Lane in Trentham.
There were at least 30 people just standing looking while 4 young people were badly injured inside.
I asked if anybody had done something and they all looked at me with blank faces.
It left the impression that some people haven't got a clue how to react properly.
(I bet Paramedics get this at least 20 times a night).

I also bought Salt & Vinegar when I should have bought Cheese & Onion but got my colours mixed up.

Was once on a pub crawl and saw a guy get pushed under a bus right in front of me. We all tried to help out, but the guy didn't make it and his mate got charged with murder a few weeks later.

We didn't go to any more pubs that night :(

saw many years a ago working a caravan factory, a guy trying to get a peice of stuck wood out from one of the machines, but his hand activated the lazer thingy that sets the drill going and the drill went thro his hand.
