Asked to change a filter, got a resounding no from the control room.

Forgot to post this last night... bought a pack of cigarettes because I'm stressed out. I should note I haven't shaved in 2 months because of busyness and winter.
Went to light one, noticed the lighter shot a flame right along the cigarette. Then heard sizzling as I pulled it away. Lighter malfunction sent a flame across one side of my face and sizzled the beard

I hardly ever smoke and this lighter has been crap the last few times I used it. Last time I did, I jacked up the gas adjustment because it wouldn't light. The way I’m feeling at the moment, I think I’ll be ringing in the new year with a lemsip
ECP sent me the wrong drive belt, which I paid £4 extra to have delivered today... Spent an hour and a half trying to fit it before I was certain it was the wrong one, by which time they had closed... Also every other auto parts store in a 20 mile radius... (I tried calling about 20) - I'm so ****** off right now. No car for the next 2 days...
