Epic. Enjoy that!

I've spent all evening yesterday and today building a PC for my nephew and made a rookie mistake. Finished all the cable management before checking it booted. That'll serve me right for assuming all my working parts would work together. Needed a BIOS update (including CPU nicked from another PC) and here I am at midnight, putting it all back together.

Ah is it the iodine spray that you're using? I had to use that when I had "nail surgery" for ingrown toenails :o (initially I had to see a nurse every week to redress it and then I was allowed to do it myself in between visits)

I feel like this has been hyped up so much that we need to see it :p in spoiler tags obvs

It's pure iodine, I just have a 1L bottle courtesy of the NHS stock room. I just use a sterile gauze and clean it with that.

I'm guessing your nail surgery was removal? Hope youve had a good recovery :)

Not complete removal, just the sides and then they put the special chemical on that burns the tissue to stop it happening again. The worst bit were the injections - 2 in each big toe with the finest needle they have. I was breathing like a woman in labour and the nurses were going "That's it, you're doing well you're almost there" :D God knows what people would have thought sitting outside lol

Ughh Jesus. Day 10 :( I don't like looking at men's feet they gross me out but that blood blister ewwww lol

My partner had both removed before and agreed the needles are huge and absolutely kill.

I’m in a little bit of pain this morning to be fair so will be on the ibuprofen :)

Did I say that? Noooo but I don't look at anyone's feet when walking about and I don't date women so it's only men's bare feet that I tend to see. (Im talking about guys who have really hairy feet or long toenails..shudder)

I dont even like my own feet! (Though I very much appreciate every body part I have)

And actually @Hyburnate 's feet were ok looking :o

Anyway moving on...

Lol this is great.

It looks worse than what it is, got a sock on today not quite going to manage a shoe but heading out for a coffee! First time out other than to the hospital in nigh on a month.
Skin has grown below where the blister was so it’s just a vase of the top skin drying out and falling off, the green is just from the iodine and the lighting. Iodine is so goooood.

Hahaha :D to be clear I said "ok looking" (minus the icky blood blister) and i wasnt really looking properly, i was focusing on the abomination that is currently your big toe :p

I mean...wouldn't hurt you to file ya nails a bit :p lol (ugh even just saying that makes me shudder :o and yes that would apply if I was discussing a woman's foot too!)
 
Currently working on some product information for Podiatry so I've got folders of "lovely" feet pictures in various stages of ick I have to keep for references.

One of the products is also used for sexual health and I'm not looking forwards to that set of resources being available in my image library. Might add them to the lock screen rotation, will certainly discourage "swipe to unlock".
