Roll on lunchtime. I want my leftover veggie lasagne that was so yummy, even if I do say so myself
Then after lunch just one more hour of work and then I get to finish and carry on watching Outlander. Double yey!
I ended up dreaming I was French after binge watching The Serpent recently and I reckon I'll probably dream I'm Scottish soon too at this rate

Well I went for an exercise walk an hour ago. Sat down on a seat and there was a scratch card sitting on the bench so I picked it up and checked it.

Little bit irritated. Ordered some glass tubing from a company with UK at the end of the name, selected UPS-Prime as the delivery option and finished my transaction thinking I'd have my stuff by saturday morning.
Just got the tracking info a few hours ago and while I knew the parent company was German I absolutely did NOT expect them to be shipping from Germany, nor did I expect to see that it was UPS-Standard and Prime doesn't exist (Okay I just checked their own website to make sure I didn't miss something and it does seem this was just fast track internal processing at their end). Only paid £2 more but the fact they're offering a service that's not even real has me miffed
Probably won't get my tubes until thursday now, meaning no new computer for another week

I fixed the Lexus. It took 20 minutes to remove the old alternator, 10 minutes to install the new alternator, but 6 days of ******* around trying to get a supplier to send me one that matched the part number I gave them.
In the end the alternator I ordered was listed as being for an MR2 SW20. After playing the game of sending suppliers my reg and being sent the wrong one, then sending them the part number and still being sent the wrong one because they thought they knew better, I ordered with the part number alone and got an MR2 alternator which fitted perfectly.
Non X Post, went for a drive to the shop for the first time in a week and bought a load of stuff, have had a mini feast this evening.
