Every Amazon parcel I've received lately has been opened. Nothing stolen (yet). It's seemingly common and points to the warehouse - packing under pressure/haste.

I want to (but don't want to) complain and implicate the courier if it's not their fault.

I work in distribution/logistics - theft/"losses" throughout the industry has been on a rampant rise since COVID measures were eased up - we get so much stuff come through where the packaging has obviously been disturbed/opened by someone looking for anything valuable...

There are also several organised gangs, not to put too fine a point on it but not people from the UK, who've been getting people into key positions in companies, carrying out hijackings and robberies, etc. unfortunately I can't go much more into it than that but some of the stuff I've seen recently is crazy.
 
Thanks @Rroff, already had the courier who pretends to drop off the parcel and evidences by taking picture of said parcel on the doorstep, only to walk off with it. :mad:

I am not a heavy user of Amazon, just in the last few weeks, parcels are arriving opened, sometimes cleanly, or blatantly ripped open.

Just LOL if you are buying shoes without goodyear welt from Top Man every 6-12 months. Terry Pratchet was spot on.

I don't believe that. I have a friend that packages stuff up at Amazon, and no-way would he risk his job stealing packages - he has an Aston Martin to pay for!

The tub bottom left is renopur. It feeds proper leather extremely well, to the point they stay pretty much "new" forever. I even "feed" the bottom of these shoes as most are leather soled; other than the Dainite soles.

Edit: if you are in the office more than 2 days a week, it is critical you have at least 2 pairs to give them a chance to dry out.
Edit2: Cedar shoe stays accelerate the process and keep them tight.
