This is the start of the end... lol.. well I hope not.

Hide his car keys and force him to go :p
Gibbo does go, but we always seen to miss each other. Mind you, he didn't go last week, as he was having Steak Fillets every night, as the Caseking boss was over in the UK all week.

Good to see you're still at it AM :)
Yeah, I dont intend to stop either. I watched the England game last night and it was the first time in 14-15 years that I've watched England play and not had a single beer. And I watch every England game.

Also the part of my body that hurts/aches the most currently is my chest just below where my ribcage is. Effectively where my belly starts.

Seriously don't bother with ab crunches. Do a routine like stronglifts where the lifts are compounds which work multiple/most muscle groups. The idea is really simple, muscle is 'active' and uses more calories so by building more muscle you 'lose' more weight by raising your BMR, and a routine like stronglifts builds the most muscle for 'least' amount of work in the sense you only do a few lifts.

Use free weights as much as possible, you'll work your core naturally trying to stabalise yourself while you workout.

As said above, strong lifts get the most gains. Dead lifts, squats etc.

Do cardio first thing in a morning 30-45 minutes is enough.

Do free weights early evening, that's when you are at your strongest.

In the week I dont get chance to go to the gym on a morning, so its always after 6pm.
Weekends I'm trying to go first thing on a morning.

You don't have to go to the gym to do cardio. Brisk walking (4 mph) for 40 minutes first thing in a morning will set you up nicely for the day. :D

Morning time is the time when I have the lowest motivation that's more the problem. lol.

Trust me. If you can manage three or four mornings a week for a few weeks you'll be buzzing with energy for the rest of the day, that'll will be keep you motivated to keep doing it.
