I'm watching Nick Rikieta's stream and he said that isnt that unusual when you're asking the questions. I guess when they're grilling experts especially they have to reword or even ask different questions on the fly based on the responses they're getting . Can't be that easy i guess.
 
I'm 50mins behind live but it feels like shes being ripped apart. From only understanding one side of the relationship, not amending wrong testimony to basically misrepresenting information.

No doubt, just the frequency of it made me notice it.
 
When are we gonna we gonna see the bed crapper on the stand so we can watch her fold like a red hot mars bar.:eek:

It's actually pretty cool we get to watch it live with actual lawyers who can explain anything we might confused about when it comes to logic and legalese
 
she was crossed by JD team and they had a chance to impeach her but the judge didnt allow it or something like that.. I am not a lawyer so... juts what I have heard and read on the streams

Started the day with cross from Depp's team, now we're on redirect from the defence. Depp's team lost a big chance to get a reference to Heard's previous DV arrest that would have wrecked Dr Karen's testimony. Which is a bit of a shame. So they failed to impeach The dr with it but they can still try to impeach Heard with it when she takes the stand.
 
Depp's team should have tore that expert apart. Yesterday she spoke in very gendered language. Never once stated a man could be a victim of abuse etc. Very surprised they let that slide.

Her answer was wrapped up a whole load a questions regarding gender and stereotypes, i think she said that a man could be the victim of domestic abuse, it all starts about 30mins in:

So I saw one of those compilation from the trial involving Dr. Curry and I loved the precision and the succinct nature in which she answers questions.
