It could go either way, possibly even both at fault.

It should boil down to did JD physically assault her or not, thats what the jury needs to decide on as he was classed as a wife beater and thats what he wants to dis prove.

Abusers are rightly shunned and thats what happened to JS, I believe he is an ass but not a wife beater. In fact I believe whe was the one throwing the punches.
