Jonny has admitted to physically abusing her, she was blocking him from leaving a room and he said that he pushed her out of the way so he could leave the room. Under the law this is physical abuse. His only two options were, go sit back down or call the police. he did not have the legal right to touch her without her consent. Only if she had a gun or knife pointing at him or attacking him then he would have been legally allowed to defend himself.
Pushing someone does not equal assault.

The jury will make that decision anyway. And I can guarantee that they won't classify it as assault.

Jury sent home is not good for JD, should have been an easy win but jury is divided and so it,s anyones guess now

Everyone voting Depp will win fail to remember the depths people will go to, to believe that all women claiming rape and bullying are right no matter what. Imo, she cannot lose.

I voted for Depp but it’s probably gonna be some weird verdict where both are at fault.

I've got no idea on this one, US has very strong freedom of speech protections so this sort of thing is (AFAIK) very hard to win even if she's been shown to be a liar on several occasions.

Probably worth doing for Depp regardless for the PR angle, lots of attention on the case, he gets to have his lawyer call her out and some of the public swing in his favour, he's maybe no longer canceled/perceived to be a serious abuser etc.. and can get some acting roles again.

Err ok. Seriously do not understand the point you or Berry are making?? Guess I am missing some kind of joke here but I don't know lol :D
I have nothing to do with Barry, but you don't understand why being a guy or a girl could effect a view? A view related to a case about guys in a relationship, and girls in a relationship and the abuse either side are trying to portray they have faced from the opposite sex?

I do understand how being a guy or girl could affect (not effect) a view on the case and your examples yes of course, but what I don't understand is how that is/was relevant to my post? My post was simply a dig at Ambers annoying mannerism of looking at the Jury when answering every time. It didn't (at least I didn't intend it to) reflect my opinion on anything other than just that?

Don't worry, you're good. It's a weird question to ask in that context.

There has been a huge amount of sexism with this case.

You only have to see the way guys describe Amber when they have decided she's guilty, in comparison to how's guy's describe Johnny when they think he's guilty.

Skank. ****. Her vagina isn't worth it. Bitch. Typical women.

When someone then says "when only this girl does something it annoys me, why is that?", I was asking if you're male or female as that could simply be the reason, or it could not.

But I didn't say "when only this girl does something it annoys me". I clearly named Amber as an individual not because of her sex and then also referred to the others, meaning every other witness etc which would indicate both male and female. If it were Johnny who was doing it instead, I would have said the same thing. I think you're reading far too much into it and dare say looking for offence where there is none.

Out of interest, if I had said "I find it really annoying that Johnny keeps looking down at his desk", would you have asked if I were male or female then??
