He's gone shopping, phone offline again. Phoned the police again and it is finally being raised to a supervisor. Flipping useless! He's not there now what's the point of going around.

once u get this all sorted, put a formal complaint in, saying that if you wasted their time you could be fined/sent to jail, they are wasting yours, so how is it fair? lol

Can't make it out though, does look like he's in a the drivers seat though. The angle doesn't look like it's a passenger seat.

:EDIT: Tilting my head, looks like it is infact a passenger front seat.

taxi? oh - did you by chance take a cab to pick up your chinese? - I knew someone whom took a cab back home and a similar thing happened to them (things stolen etc).
