Never even heard of him tbh. You always get these local nutters, there is a dude in Solihull called Victor Vains, who is quite similar to this, will just come up to you and ask if he can see your vains lol, hes pretty harmless just well creepy! He would stand by groups of people in town and attempt to casually stare at peoples arms etc. nice!
 
well known it st helenes. Obviosuly knew he was real as a kid as we frequently saw him out and about. as i grew older i thought all the muscle squeezing stuff was an urban myth until he was convicted a few years ago.

There is a lot of evidence however indicating he is far from harmless

And yes, he was a scary sight.
