technically I believe you need to register as a sole trader and get some accounts done...
I'm sure there must be a limit on what you dont need to declaire as if you make £10 a year extra they dont (I assume) expect you to declaire that - or maybe you are
anyway I have a company name and get an accountant to do a set of account..

Really? Or does it actually say that you cannot operate a business that would cause a conflict of interest?
