I would've thought that limit is set to quite a low level. So being three times over the limit is still relatively low is it not?
I know someone has posted the actual level, but I've got no idea what that translates to. Would a 'normal' line of coke put you way over to the limit?
From just googling for some data, it seems a normal "high" from a hit of cocaine would translate to about 250-300 ug/l, the legal limit being 10. So at 30 in this case it would point to a residual amount from previous use rather than being high at the time.
