Thunderstorms - 2017

Anyone outdoors in Falmouth not currently crouching in a ball? Looks pretty intense rain and thunder from inerweb reports!

Looking pretty energetic out in the Atlantic to the SW - not tracking further inland yet than Exmoor though :s

It feels incredibly thundery here.

Black as your hat here between Southampton and Winchester, thunder and lightning just started, looks and sounds like it's going to be a cracker :)

Looks like there something coming across the English channel in the south also

Edit: The trajectory of the current one at Reading looks like it will be in Hertfordshire soon woop

was looking forward to this on the isle of wight but it did what the last potential good one did, most of it split left to bournemouth then onto southampton. the smaller right part just fizzled out :(

oh well i guess the positive is there'll be no local lightning and flood damage.

The stretch of this storm is huge tail end going off over Wokingham whilst the front is over High Wycombe so many strikes going off
