Also I can't remember what the hell I did about a week ago....nothing interesting..but still like to remember it lol

I reckon it might be on a spectrum. I'm generally very good at judging the passage of time, my party piece (in the sense that people are quite surprised/impressed by my accuracy) is guessing the time to within around 10% without having looked at a timepiece for quite a while (yeah, awesome parties). Like if I look at the clock now, probably if someone asked me the time 2hrs later, I'd be accurate to within 10mins.
