Being unemployed I got into this bad habit again where I game until like 5-10am lol and wake up 4-8pm.

I wanna change to around 3am-12pm sleep schedule

Recently, even though it's the summer holidays, I've been going to bed before midnight and getting up around 10am. Makes the days feel longer which is a good thing.

What you you do is keep a normal habit -ie goto bed at a normal time and get up at a normal time - say 11pm-7am or even 12am-8am then you get the same amount of awake time, don't feel like crap and to make things even better have awake time during the day to actually look for a job to stop being unemployed.

Between 12-2, till 10-12. 10 hours is what I will sleep day in day out if given the chance!

Regardless of work, weekend or hangover I'm up between 7am and 8am. Especially when it's sunny like today, I'd much rather be up and about doing something.

Its my school holidays at the moment, and every time within the first week i am sleeping during the day and gaming all through the night. I don't want to do it, just happens lol.

My sleep pattern changes too often, can sleep anywere between 10:30pm and 3am, but majority of the time im up around 9, or if i went to sleep at 3, before 10.

How on earth can you be making a respectable effort to find work when you get up after the work day is done?

I am not on about the 3 crap attempts a week to keep the job centre happy I am on about genuinely finding work!

normally only need 8-9 hours tops. i usually only have 7 when working.

Generally i will go to bed at about 1am and wake up between 9 and 10 if i have nothing to do.

Get off your lazy arse then.

I'm a student, so off for a summer, but I'm working full time on shifts. This week, it's earlies so I'm up at 5am, if it's noons then I wake up about 9.30-10am.

Left to my own devices, 2am sleep time, 9-10am wake time.

Otherwise I am a shift worker, and work days/nights. So I do not have a body clock anyway!

Depends on what shift I'm doing.

If I start at 7, then I'm up at 6:15am.
If I start at 9, then I'm up at 8:15am.

If I start at 7 the next day, then I usually aim for bed about 9:30, but typically I won't go to bed until about 10-10:35.
If I start at 9 the next day, then I usually aim for bed at 11pm, but sometimes it can stretch to midnight.

As for my days off, well, anything goes. Although I do occasionally like to get up early, for the lulz, of course.

Up at 6am and sleep around 1am regardless of work or not. Occasionally stay up later if there is a really good argument going on in GD/SC, still wake up around 6am though.
