If the system has not changed then you'll be given you're "Pick Rate" which is basically how many things you've picked per minute which can be fun to race against if you're feeling proactive (they like people to be around the 2 items/min mark but it gets easy when you know the layout of the store etc) My best was around 5 items a minute over half an hour, a record that I'm not sure can be beaten!

Yeah my 2 hour interview (:eek:) was 30minutes of doing the actual job, my god are those little computers clever! Really can't go wrong with them!
 
Well done on the job mate. Same happened to me I looked for 3 months then got a job at waitrose and was offered two others at the same time.

Today Ive been at my job for 1 year. Me and the wife have both been moved upto to gold pay level. Thats over 16k per year each :D Well chuffed. Weve moved up from £14850.

Those hours your doing at tescos are the sorts I used to do sept mine were 39 a week. The hourly rate is a bit better then I had too. Hope you enjoy it.

Yeah, never heard anything back however :(

Thankfully everythings turned out alright though!
