yeah i managed to hit 50 and then do the regen - bit pointless just for cosmetics but unlocking stuff is half the fun

whats everyones preferred ability + boost?

i like the speed-boost and the anti pilot sentry

Cloak and smart pistol. I use a shotgun so the pistol helps out at range.

Just started using frags, you can get a lot of kills with them and I like how the smart pistol can lock onto them and detonate them. Good fun when someone is trying to hide.

This is still my go to MP game at the moment which is a surprise because I'm a massive Battlefield fan.

Can't wait for the future DLC!

i tried the smart pistol but either wasted the ammo on the AI or died before locking on enough against real players - seen people using it and doing very well though

@Casdawer likewise, BF has always been my fav games.. not touched it in a week or so now though but been playing TF2 a fair bit

It's useless in 1v1, you need to get up high with it and look down. Quite often I've got 4+ kills going to B on hardpoint, lob in a few nades then get up high and look down and wait for lock on. Easy kills, loads of attack points and usually a Titan. I only really use it on the maps I can get high as if it's tight then it never gets used. Not sure why the boost can't be switched in game or per class.

Anyone play this with a G502, i cant bind the scroll wheel click left/right in game.

ah i guess i was using it wrong then

and i agree on the boost thing, should be in the loadout rather than a separate thing.. you can change it at the beginning of a match though

Oh I didn't know that. I would prefer ticks on the tighter maps, will look at that when I play next.

Since I'm talking about maps, there are some I really don't like: Complex & Crash Site spring to mind. Eden is my favourite by far, love that map.

I hated the smart pistol in the first game (when I say hated I mean when other people used it, fine for me to use though

)

Ha, got 5 kills last night, all were camped at B. Two nades in, 2 kills, slid round and got my shotgun out and took out 3 more. Felt like a right boss.

yeah just press spacebar at the beginning of a match to change the boost

@Thekwango its not the same as the first, its a boost now so you have to build up points to earn it, then you have very limited ammo.. 2 mags of 12 i think

OK getting the hang of the online over the weekend - and some great games. What weapons are people finding best?

I'm loving the CAR and L-STAR but want to try something else.

Ah i see mate, so i have to assign tilt left/right to a keystroke on my mouse memory or Logitech game software before entering game ? so the actual game does not see default tilt left/right then ? im new to this mouse.

I always map the keystrokes in the g software, just point it at the Titanfall exe, Logitech might even have a ready set profile.

Which game modes are people finding best for Online? I’ve been learning the ropes on Angel City 24/7 but there seems to be loads of game modes and it was taking too long to find a game for some of them.

I like Hardpoint but that's the sort of gamestyle I've been playing since my BF2 days.
